Abstract:
The object of the present invention is to provide a polymeric material without odors or fuming and with reduced stickiness of the worked surface of material for seals and workability during laser processing, and the flexographic printing plate and sealing material made of the polymeric material having excellent characteristics of laser processing and having sufficient carving depth. The polymeric material of the present invention is characterized in that the polymeric material is made by crosslinking a polymer composition comprising a polymer which contains an ethylene unit as a repeating unit in content of 45% or more by mass and an organic peroxide. Another object of the present invention is to provide a laminated body for laser processing with excellent workability upon laser processing and a flexographic printing plate with excellent printing performance and workability and a method for fabricating the same. The laminated body for laser processing of the present invention comprises a polymer layer for laser processing which is fabricated by crosslinking a polymer composition containing an ethylenic copolymer, and a base layer laminated on one of the surfaces of the polymer layer for laser processing, whereby peeling the polymer layer for laser processing from the base layer at the interface.

Photosensitive resin composition comprises particulate copolymer, photopolymerizable unsaturated monomer and at least one initiator. A photosensitive resin composition comprises: (1) a particulate copolymer; (2) a photopolymerizable unsaturated monomer; and (3) at least one photopolymerization initiator selected from compounds of formula (I) and (II). [Image] X and Y : H, halogen, carboxyl group, 1-20C monovalent hydrocarbon group or 1-20C alkoxyl group; Z : oxygen, sulfur or a bond. The particulate copolymer comprises (mole%): (A) an aliphatic conjugated diene monomer (10 - 99.8); (B) a monomer which has one polymerizable unsaturated group and an amino group (0.1 - 30); (C) a monomer which has at least two polymerizable unsaturated groups (0.1 - 20); and (D) a copolymerizable monomer having one polymerizable unsaturated group (0 - 40). An independent claim is also included for a photosensitive resin composition which comprises 1), 2), 3) and 4) a block copolymer comprising hard and soft segments as the main components. The hard segment is a thermoplastic non-elastomeric polymer having a glass transition (Tg) not lower than 20 [deg]C. The soft segment is an aliphatic conjugated diene-based elastomeric polymer or a hydrogenated aliphatic conjugated diene-based elastomeric polymer having a Tg not higher than 10 [deg]C.

SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition comprises (1) a copolymer comprising aliphatic conjugated diene units, and monomer units each having at least one kind of functional group selected from one polymerizable unsaturated group, carboxylic group, amino group, hydroxy group, epoxy group, sulfonic acid group, and phosphoric acid group, and monomer units each having at least 2 polymerizable unsaturated group, (2) a block copolymer comprising >=2 polymer segments different from each other in a glass transition temp. (Tg) and at least one polymer segment except the polymer segment having the lowest Tg and having the above functional group on the side chains, (3) a photopolymerizable unsaturated monomer, and (4) a photopolymerization initiator, in a (2) amount of a >=50 weight % of the total weights of the components (1) and (2).

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate for laser processing having excellent characteristics for laser processing, and a flexography printing plate having excellent printability and workability, and also provide their manufacturing methods. SOLUTION: The laminate for laser processing is provided with a polymer layer for laser processing composed by crosslinking a polymer composition containing an ethylene copolymer, and a base layer laminated on one face of the polymer layer for laser processing, wherein the polymer layer and the base layer can be peeled on an interface. In the manufacturing method of the laminate for laser processing, a polymer sheet for laser processing is formed by crosslinking the polymer composition and a photopolymerizable layer composed of a photopolymerizable composition material such as an elastomer, a compound having an ethylene unsaturated group, a polymerization initiator or the like, and it is irradiated with ultraviolet rays. A printing pattern is formed by engraving the polymer layer for laser processing of the laminate by using laser, and the flexography printing plate can be obtained.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer material for laser beam machining which does not generate a nasty ordor and is inflammable and has no stickness on the surface to be machined and is excellent in laser beam machining characteristic while laser beam machining and also to provide a flexographic printing plate and a seal material both of which use the polymer material and have a sufficient sculpturing depth. SOLUTION: This polymer material for laser beam machining comprises a crosslinked polymer composition which contains (A) a polymer which includes an ethylene unit of >=45 mass % as a repeating unit and (B) an organic peroxide, and this polymer material for laser beam machining comprises a foamed and crosslinked polymer material which contains (A), (B), and in addition (C) a foaming agent. As a polymer (A), a copolymer rubber or the like that is prepared by copolymerization of α-olefins such as an ethylene, a propylene, a 1-butene and non-conjugated polyenes such as a 5-ethylidyne-2-norbornene can be employed. As an organic peroxide (B), t-butylcumyl-peroxide or a dicumyl peroxide or the like is preferably employed.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abutting plate having excellent end face retaining properties at a winding body with a film for forming an electronic device member being wound around it, and capable of suppressing abrasion of an end face caused by an impact or the like during transportation, its fixing band, and a packing material and a packing structure having the same. SOLUTION: The packing material has a box part 5 to store a winding body 2 having a core 22 and the film 21 for forming the electronic device member wound around the core 22. An abutting plate 3 in which a flat part is abutted on an end face of the wound film 21 for forming the electronic device member, and a fixing band 4 which is provided with a flange part to hold the opposite face side to the side of the film 21 for forming the electronic device member in the abutting plate 3, and attachable/detachable to/from the core 22 are provided in the box part 5.
