Abstract: PURPOSE:To increase the resistance to aggregate separation by adding a molecular chain-branched glucan of a specific molecular weight and high-performance water-reducing agent to a hydraulic powder. CONSTITUTION:Cement such as Portland cement or a mixture thereof with fly ash of 3000m /g fineness is used to prepare a hydraulic powder. Then, the hydraulic powder is combined with 0.05 to 5wt.% of beta-1,3-or beta-1,4-glucan having beta-1,6-linkage side chain of the formula of 3000,000 to 5,000,000 molecular weight and 0.3 to 3.0wt.% of high-performance water-reducing agent such as phenolsulfonic acid-formaldehyde condensate or polycarboxylic acid copolymer. Further, when needed, a slowly releasing dispersant, water-reducing AE agent, plasticizer, setting retarder and other cement additives are admixed and kneaded to give the objective hydraulic composition having 60-70cm slump flow value and high aggregate separation resistance.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To secure the high flowability, high chargeability, high aggregate separation resistance and high strength of the concrete composition by adding a high performance water-reducing agent and a specific water-soluble polymer. CONSTITUTION:A naphthalene sulfonate metal salt-formaldehyde condensation product, a melamine sulfonate metal salt-formaldehyde condensation product, etc., are used as the high performance water-reducing agent to be an effective component in an amount of 0.3-3.0wt.% based on a cement. The water-soluble polymer includes acrylic acid, alkylene oxide, amide, cellulosic beta-glucan, starchy, polymers and polyol polymers. The water-soluble polymer has an average particle diameter of 1-300mum and is added to the concrete composition in an amount of 0.01-2.0wt.%. Other cement additives such as an air-carrying agent and a gypsum anhydride strength-enhancing agent can further simultaneously be used. The use of the composition gives a slump flow value of >=40cm. The cement mixed with the cement additive can be cured by a conventional method, and a steam curing method or an autoclave curing method may also be used.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a self-filling concrete from which the aggregate is hardly segregated. CONSTITUTION:An aggregate is coated with a water-soluble polymer. The concn. of an aq. soln. of the polymer is controlled to 0.01-2.0wt.%, and the amt. of the aq. soln. to be applied is adjusted to 2-15 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the aggregate. Cement is added to the aggregate, and the admixture is kneaded with water by the well-known method to obtain a self-filling concrete. Otherwise, a cement admixture is added to the aggregate, and the mixture is kneaded with water to obtain the self-filling concrete. The slump flow value is controlled to >=40cm when the value is measured by the method stipulated in JIS-A1101. Since the aggregate is hardly segregated from the concrete, the aggregates are not brought into contact with or entangled with one another, the filling property is not lowered, and the concrete composition is made uniform.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a self-filling concrete from which the aggregate is hardly segregated. Otherwise, a cement admixture is added to the aggregate together with cement, the mixture is kneaded with water to obtain the slef-filling concrete. The slump flow value of the self-filling concrete is controlled to >=40cm when the value is measured by the method stipulated in JIS-A1101.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To produce a concrete product excellent in its filling property and surface appearance and improving the environmental problem of noises by compacting a specific soft-kneaded concrete with a vibrator. The high performance water-reducing agent is selected from the formaldehyde homocondensate or cocondensate of one or two kinds of the methylol products and sulfonated products of naphthalene, melamine, phenol, urea or aniline and from (co)polymers obtained by polymerizing one or more kinds of monomers selected from unsaturated monocarboxylic acids (derivatives).

CONSTITUTION:The high performance water-reducing agent includes a naphthalene sulfonate metal salt-formaldehyde condensation product (Mighty 150), a melamine sulfonate metal salt-formaldehyde condensation product (Mightly 150 V-2), a phenolsulfonic acid-formaldehyde condensation product, a phenol.sulfanilic acid-formaldehyde cocondensation product, an unsaturated monocarboxylic acid, and its derivative. The water-reducing agent is added in an amount of 0.3-3.0wt.% as an effective component to a cement. The pulp fibers include virgin pulp obtained from needle-leaf trees, broad-leaf trees, etc., and fibers obtained from waste paper, and are added in an amount of 0.1-5.0wt.% based on kneading water. Other cement additives (e.g. air-carrying agent) may further be added. The slump floe value (defined by JIS-A 1101) of the composition is >=40cm.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a self-filling concrete hardly separating an aggregate. CONSTITUTION:An aggregate containing an aqueous solution of a high- performance water-reducing agent sticking to the surface of the aggregate body is prepared. The concentration of the aqueous solution of the high- performance water-reducing agent is 0.1-3.0wt.%. The pickup of the high- performance water-reducing agent is 2-15 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. aggregate body. This self-filling concrete is obtained by a conventionally well-known method for, e.g. adding and mixing a cement with the aggregate and then adding and mixing kneading water therewith. Furthermore, the cement, together with a cement admixture, is added and mixed therewith and kneading water is subsequently added and mixed to afford the self-filling concrete. The slump flow value of the self-filling concrete is >=40cm measured by a method specified by JIS-A1101. Since the aggregate is hardly separated in this self-filling concrete, the filling properties can be prevented from deteriorating due to the mutual contact or entanglement of the aggregates and the concrete composition can be prevented from nonuniformizing.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To ensure high flowability, high packability, high resistance to aggregate separation, and high strength by specifying the composition of self-filling concrete. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition contains a high-performance water- reducing admixture and a cationic water-soluble high polymer in an amount of 0.005 to 4.0wt.% based on the cement weight, has a slump value of more than 40cm according to JIS-A1101. The high-performance reducing agent is anionic in aqueous solutions, for example, naphthalenesulfonic acid metal salt formaldehyde condensate, melaminesulfonic acid metal salt formaldehyde condensate, and purified ligninsulfonate salt. The cationic water-soluble high polymer is cationic in aqueous solutions, preferably cationic starch derivatives can be cited. The composition improves the usage of concrete, concrete working, particularly influences noise problems and process rationalization in the production of concrete products.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To secure the high flowability, high chargeability, high aggregate separation resistance and high strength by adding a water-absorbing polymer and specifying its slump flow value to >= a specific value. CONSTITUTION:The water-absorbing polymer absorbing water in a weight of 5-1200 times the weight of the polymer itself includes acrylic acid (e.g. Wondergel), starch/acrylic acid (e.g. Sunwet), maleic acid (e.g. K1 gel), cellulosic (e.g. Aqualon) and synthetic polymer (e.g. Aquareserve GP) polymers. The concrete composition is added in an amount of 0.5-15kg per m of concrete. A high performance water-reducing agent (e.g. a naphthalene sulfonate metal salt-formaldehyde condensation product) is preferably added to the concrete composition in an amount of 0.3-3.0wt.% based on the cement as an effective component. The simultaneous use of other cement additives (e.g. an air-carrying agent), etc., is possible. The concrete composition is characterized in that the slump flow value defined by JIS-A 1101 is >=40cm.
