Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hair cosmetics which impart favorable flexibility to hair after drying, can suppress the generation of not only dandruff and an itch but also a skin eruption and dryness, and is excellent in a scalp care effect.SOLUTION: The hair cosmetics contain the following components (A), (B) and (C), and pH at a temperature of 25°C when the cosmetics are diluted with water 20-times in weight is 1 to 4.5. (A): An organic dycarbonic acid which may contain a hydroxy group, or a hydroxy monocarbonic acid, or 0.1 to 20 wt.% of their salts. (B) 0.001 to 10 wt.% of at least one of an antiphlogistic agent. (C): 0.1 to 20 wt.% of a higher alcohol.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stable hair cosmetic excellent in feeling in use, high in safety, comprising a mixed silicone and nonionic surfactants having a proper HLB in an appropriate ratio, by suppressing the amount of an organic solvent to a fixed ratio or lower than it and controlling its viscosity. A polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, etc., are preferable as the nonionic surfactants of the components C and D. Ethanol is preferable as the component E. A high-molecular weight silicone of the formula ((n) is 1,000-3,000) is preferable as the component A.
