    Abstract: The present invention relates to a hair shampoo composition containing (A) an amphoteric amide lipid, and (B) as a surfactant, from 5 to 30 wt.% of sulfate surfactants which are each represented by the formula: R-O-(C2H4O)a-SO3M (wherein, R represents a C8-18 alkyl or alkenyl group, a stands for 0 or a positive integer, and M represents an alkali metal, alkaline earth metal, or the like); are made of from 30 to 45 wt.% of a sulfate exhibiting a=0, from 18 to 27 wt.% of another sulfate exhibiting a=1, from 10 to 20 wt.% of a further sulfate exhibiting a=2, and the balance of further sulfates exhibiting a=3 or greater; and contain the sulfates exhibiting a=0 to 2 in an amount of 70 wt.% or greater based on the total sulfates. The hair shampoo composition of the present invention is able to for example, have good foaming property, provide foam with good lubrication upon shampooing, have smooth feel upon rinsing, impart a pleasant feel such as gloss, manageability, resilience and strength to the hair after shampooing, and protect the hair from physical or chemical stimulation to make it resistant to damage.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject excellent composition by combining an anionic surfactant with monoglycerides or a mixture thereof with diglycerides at a prescribed ratio and regulating the viscosity and particle diameter of the emulsion within specific ranges. SOLUTION: This hair detergent composition is prepared by combining (A) an anionic surfactant with (B) glycerides containing a compound represented by formulae I and II [X to X are as follows: either one of X and X or either one of X and X is OH and the other is Y -R (Y is O, etc.; R is a hydrocarbon); Y is O, etc.; R is a hydrocarbon] at (100:0) to (30:70) weight ratio of the compounds represented by formulae I:II. The composition used has >=2,000cP viscosity at 30 deg.C, assumes an appearance of a translucent to a white emulsion and has 0.5-200μm average particle diameter of the emulsion when diluted. A silicone derivative may further be added to the system and a water-soluble polymer may further be added thereto. The composition is not only good in detergency but also excellent in touch of foams and the conditioning effects and emulsion stability thereof are good.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To increase an apparent hair volume with high durability sustaining the hair-tonic and hair-growing effect by using a combination of a blood circulation accelerator with a naphthalenesulfonic acid and/or a benzophenonesulfonic acid. CONSTITUTION:This hair-tonic and hair-growing agent comprises a blood circulation accelerator, an organic solvent (particularly ethanol, or a combination thereof with another organic solvent), a naphthalenesulfonic acid and/or a benzophenonesulfonic acid. This agent has preferably a pH of 2-11. Further, it is preferred that an organic acid or its salt is admixed. The blood circulation agent has the hair-tonic and hair-growing effect through the actions not only of circulation acceleration but also of topical stimulation, trichocyte activation and antiinflammation. For example, dl-alpha-tocopherol acetate or biotin can be cited. This hair-growing agent has excellent hair-dressing effect because it can give hairs elasticity and stiffness and develop an action to increase the apparent hair volume.
