Abstract: Una composición detergente líquida que comprende (a) un compuesto no iónico que tiene un grupo alquilo seleccionado de un grupo 2-etilhexilo, un grupo isononilo y un grupo isodecilo, estando unido el grupo alquilo a un grupo orgánico que tiene de 1 a 10 grupos hidroxilo y de 3 a 30 átomos de carbono mediante un enlace éter, un enlace éster, un enlace amida o un átomo de nitrógeno, (b) un agente tensoactivo no iónico que tiene un grupo alquilo o alquenilo que tiene de 11 a 16 átomos de carbono, (c) un solvente orgánico hidrofóbico que es líquido a 20ºC y (d) agua, en donde (c)/(d) = 0,5/99,5 a 40/60 (relación de masa) y (c) + (d) = 50 a 99 (% en masa), en donde el componente (a) es un polioxialquileno alquil éter (a 2) que tiene un grupo alquilo seleccionado de un grupo 2-etilhexilo, un grupo isononilo y un grupo isodecilo y en el que el número medio de moles de adición de óxidos de alquileno que tienen 2 ó 3 átomos de carbono es de 2 a 6.

Abstract: A high-density powdered detergent composition which has a bulk density of 0.6 to 1.2 g/ml and which comprises 0.5 to 30% by weight of (a) a glycine-N,N-diacetic acid derivative, 20 to 50% by weight of (b) an anionic surfactant, 0.5 to 5% by weight of (c) an ether-type nonionic surfactant having an HLB value of 10.5 to 15.0 and 1 to 30% by weight of (d) an aluminosilcate, each percentage being based on the total weight of the composition, and the component (c) being contained in an amount of 0.5 to 10.0 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the component (b). This composition contains both a glycine-N,N-diacetic acid derivative which is a builder excellent in biodegradability and sequestering power and an inorganic builder such as zeolite or crystalline silicate, and exhibits high detergency.

Abstract: A high-density detergent composition which has excellent detergency even when used in a washing machine operated at a low power, and which is excellent not only in particle solubility and dispersibility but in solubility in laundering by hand. The composition contains 10 to 60 wt.% surfactant composition comprising an anionic surfactant and a nonionic surfactant in a ratio of 4/10 to 10/0 by weight and has a bulk density of 600 to 1,200 g/L. It satisfies the relationship S(Wi.Vi)=95 (%), wherein Wi is the weight frequency of each of the groups of particles obtained by classifying the detergent particles with a classifier comprising sieves respectively having opening sizes of 2,000, 1,410, 1,000, 710, 500, 355, 250, 180, and 125 µm and receiver pans and Vi is the solubility of each group of particles as determined under the following measurement conditions. The weight frequency of the group of particles smaller than 125 µm is 0.1 or lower. [Measurement conditions: 1.000±0.010 g of a sample is added to 1.00±0.03 L of water having a temperature of 5±0.5°C and a hardness of 4° DH. The mixture is stirred in a 1-L beaker for 120 seconds at a rotational speed of 800 rpm. The residual particles are taken out by filtration with a standard sieve provided for in JIS Z 8801.]

Abstract: [1] Alkali-containing particles which comprise particles (a) containing an alkali and having an average particle diameter of 150-1,000 µm and, formed on the surface thereof, a layer of clay mineral particles (b) which have a water-holding ability as calculated by the following method of 200 mass% or higher and have an average particle diameter of 1-200 µm. The alkali-containing particles have excellent unsusceptibility to caking while retaining intact solubility in water.
