Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a hair cosmetic excellent in foaming property, showing foam of fine texture, creamy and soft, capable of imparting a good hair feeling even for the hair treated with a plurality of chemical treatments, suppressing rustling and stiffness in finishing and also effectively suppressing the damage to the hair such as turning over of cuticles, branched hairs, cut off hairs, and further, since a propellant is not used, not having problems in safety and environment.
SOLUTION: This hair cosmetic is obtained by filling a composition containing (a) an organic acid, (b) an organic solvent selected from benzyl alcohol, benzyloxyethanol and propylene carbonate, (c) a silicone and (d) a surfactant, in a non-aerosol type foam-ejecting container.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerosol cosmetic whose direct shot to user's skin and head skin is allowable, which has a massage effect due to a suitable level of stimulation, and which causes little liquid dripping.
SOLUTION: The aerosol cosmetic consists of an aerosol device, to which a button having an intermittent injection mechanism is mounted, and a cosmetic raw liquid and a propellant, both being packed in a pressure-resistant container of the aerosol device. A dioxide gas is used as the propellant. In the case where the button of the aerosol device has the intermittent injection mechanism, the amount of injection is adjusted to 3-16 g/10 seconds. Further, a stem hole diameter of the aerosol device is made 0.3-0.5 mm, and the frequency of intermittent injection is set 5-40 times/second.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain hair cosmetic capable of imparting good elastic property to hair without accompanying injury of hair such as occurrence of loosen hair, starchy hair and split hair. CONSTITUTION:The objective hair cosmetic is obtained by combinedly using (A) a dialkylene glycolmonoalkyl ether expressed by the formula (R is H or CH3; R is 1-5C alkyl), especially diethylene glycol monoethyl ether, diethylene glycol monopropyl ether or diethylene glycol monobutyl ether and (B) a hydrolyzed product of elastin, preferably having 1000-300000, especially 5000-100000 molecular weight as essential components, preferably in an amount of the component A of 1-90wt.%, especially 1-50wt.% in the case of a wash-off type or 0.01-8.0wt.% in case of a non-wash-off type and in an amount of the component B of 0.01-8.0wt.%, especially 0.05-5.0 wt.%. The hair cosmetic can impart good elastic force to hair and simultaneously impart conditioning effects to hair after drying by humidifying function.

SOLUTION: This hair tonic and hair growth agent is obtained by including (A) a guanidine derivative represented by formula I [A and B are each a 2-8C alkylene; D is a direct bond or the like; E is H, a lower alkyl or the like; (m) is 1-6; (n) is 0-6; R is H, a lower alkyl or the like] or formula II [(1) is 1-10; G is H, hydroxyl or the like] [e.g. 2-(2-hydroxyethoxy)ethylguanidine] in an amount of preferably 0.001-50.0 wt.%. Furthermore, (B) 0.001-30.0 wt.% of an organic acid (e.g. succinic acid), an inorganic acid or an ester thereof is preferably contained in the hair tonic and hair growth agent. The formulation ratio of the ingredients A to B is preferably (0.5:99.5) to (99.5:0.5) expressed in terms of weight ratio.
