Abstract:
An intermittently laying method for intermittently forming laid layers ( 14 ) comprising a fluidized substance ( 13 ) laid thereon on a surface of a sheet-like member ( 12 ) moving in one direction, in the moving direction, the method comprising steps of: folding a part of the sheet-like member ( 12 ) corresponding to a non-laid portion ( 15 ) between adjacent laid portions inwardly towards a back surface side of the sheet-like member ( 12 ) on an upstream side of a coating head ( 16 ) for laying the fluidized substance ( 13 ) on the sheet-like member ( 12 ) thereby forming a continuous surface-to-be-laid ( 30 ) on a surface side; continuously supplying the fluidized substance ( 13 ) from the laying means to the surface-to-be-laid thereby forming the laid layer ( 14 ); bringing back the inwardly folded non-laid portion ( 15 ) so as to be flush with the surface-to-be-laid ( 30 ) on a downstream side of the coating head ( 16 ); and intermittently interposing the non-laid portion ( 15 ) between continuously laid adjacent laid layers ( 14 ).

Abstract:
A method for producing a sheetlike detergent which comprises preparing a doughy detergent composition having a viscosity of 1,000 mPa • s to 50,000 mPa • s at a shear rate of 10 s to 1000 s , and applying the doughy composition continuously or discontinuously on a flexible support in a long belt form being running continuously in a predetermined direction under a condition wherein a shear rate is 10 s to 1000 s by a specific application means, to thereby form a thin layer of the doughy composition.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a sheet-like detergent by which production capability can be improved by easily forming a laying layer comprising a doughlike detergent on the surface of a sheet member with interposing a non-laying portion intermittently and accurately. SOLUTION: The method is used for manufacturing the sheet-like detergent by forming the laying layer 14 made by laying the doughlike detergent 13 on the surface of the sheet member 12 moving in one direction in a moving direction X intermittently, the non-laying portion 15 is interposed intermittently between the laying layers 14 being laid continuously by returning the non-laying portion 15 on the same face as a laid face 30 in the downstream of an applying head 16 after having formed the laying layer 14 by supplying the doughlike detergent 13 continuously, by forming the continuous laid face 30 on the surface side by folding a part of the sheet member 12 corresponding to the non-laying portion 15 between laying portions on this rear face side, in the upstream side of the applying head 16 for laying the doughlike detergent 13 on the sheet member 12. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing by roll milling a sheet-like laundry item comprising a dough-like laundry item composition having uniformity in thickness and width while maintaining excellent solubility when used. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a sheet-like laundry item 15 comprises roll milling under a shear rate condition of 400-300,000 s-1 a dough- like laundry item composition 14, which is prepared so that it has a viscosity of 700-10,000 mPa.s at a shear rate of 100-1,000 s-1, thereby to form the dough- like laundry item composition 14 into a sheet-like form.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a sheet-like laundry item comprising a dough-like laundry item composition capable of lowering of resistance on leveling off thereby permitting stable leveling off. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a sheet-like laundry item comprises forming a dough-like laundry item composition into a sheet-like form by filling the dough-like laundry item composition prepared so that it has a viscosity of 4.0×104-3.0×107 mPa.s at a shear rate of 0.02-5 s-1 in a shallow sheet-like mold 33 having a leveling surface and leveling off along the leveling surface by a leveling member 34.
