Abstract:
An ultrasonic cleaning apparatus comprises: a power amplifier (31) for amplifying an amplitude of a signal to supply the signal as power to the ultrasonic oscillator (16); a phase comparator (37) for obtaining a difference between a phase of a current flowing through the ultrasonic oscillator (16) and a phase of a voltage applied to the ultrasonic oscillator (16) and for generating a voltage in accordance with the phase difference; and a voltage control oscillation device (38) for generating a frequency of the signal in accordance with the voltage generated by the phase comparator and for controlling the frequency so that the phase difference is kept within +/-30 DEG , wherein the power supplied to the ultrasonic oscillator is regulated to a range from 1W to 10W, and a difference between a resonance frequency of the ultrasonic oscillator and an anti-resonance frequency thereof is regulated to 1 kHz or more.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a household ultrasonic washing machine with high washing efficiency, in which optimum contact can be always obtained with respect to the surface of an object to be washed. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic vibration part 4 joined to an ultrasonic horn 19 is arranged on the front side of an ultrasonic vibrator 17 and an object to be washed is washed by being brought into contact with the tip surface 19A of the horn 19 in the ultrasonic washing machine 1. The planar degree of the tip surface 19A of the horn 19 is set to be

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic washing apparatus capable of efficiently utilizing the effects of ultrasonic vibration and easily washing dirty clothes in respective households. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic washing apparatus 1 is provided with an ultrasonic oscillator 16 equipped with an ultrasonic vibration part 3 installed adjacently to ultrasonic horns 17, 18 and washes object laundry by bringing the object laundry into contact with the end face 18A of the ultrasonic horn 18 and almost all of the entire body except the end face 18A of the ultrasonic horn 18 is surrounded with an object laundry-guiding cover 4. An object laundry-guiding ring part 22 to slide the object laundry is formed in the tip of the cover part 20 of the object laundry-guiding cover 4. With such a structure, the ultrasonic vibration is transmitted to the object laundry to carry out washing at a high efficiency and a user is prevented from touching the ultrasonic horn in the ultrasonic washing apparatus 1.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic cleaning device capable of exhibiting a high cleaning effect with less power consumption independent on load variations and also easily cleaning soiled clothes. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic cleaning method comprises the steps to clean an object to be cleaned by making an ultrasonic wave act on the matter with the help of an ultrasonic device having an ultrasonic oscillator through a cleaning liquid containing a cleaning agent. The cleaning operation is performed within the range of a cleanness gradient of 0.1 to 1.2 which is sought by a method of least squares based on each of the cleannesses of the object after cleaning.
