    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the BVI noise of a helicopter effectively. SOLUTION: For reducing the BVI noise of the rotor blades 2 of the helicopter, a spoiler 3 capable of being reciprocated nearly in the vertical direction between a protruded position and an unprotruded position from the upper face and the lower face of each rotor blade 2 is provided between the front edge and the rear edge of the rotor blade 2. An actuator 4 reciprocating the spoiler 3 is provided for each spoiler 3 on a rotor system 1 including the rotor blades 2 and rotated relative to the airframe of the helicopter, and the actuator 4 is operated to reciprocate the spoiler 3 in response to the rotation timing or frequency of the rotor blade 2.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reliability by reducing sensors which may cause trouble, and to make a control device inexpensive by simplifying the control.
    SOLUTION: This base isolation device reduces vibration of a wheelchair 2 mounted on an automobile. The device is provided with a ball screw type electric base isolation mechanism 6 provided on a floor 1 of the automobile to vertically move the wheelchair 2 and having driving force suitable for weight of the wheelchair 2 and a sitting person, an acceleration sensor 11 for detecting upper and lower acceleration of the wheelchair 2, and a base isolation mechanism control device 12 to impart an acceleration signal from the acceleration sensor 11 as a position command signal to the base isolation mechanism 6 to cancel the vertical movement of the wheelchair 2 according to vertical movement of the floor 1 of the automobile.
