Abstract: PURPOSE: A reference time information restoring method and a device and a data reception device thereof are provided to maintain stable network synchronization by restoring an exact value by preventing inconsistencies between a transmission time and reception time. CONSTITUTION: A communications unit(100) receives the transmission stream of an external data transmission device. A reception time record unit(110) records the reception time of an initial frame of a plurality of physical layer frames included in the transmission frame. A reception time recognition unit(120) recognizes the reception time of an initial frame corresponding to a physical layer frame including the reference time information of the transmission frame. A restoring unit(130) restores reference time information according to the reception time information of an initial frame of the physical layer frame. A synchronization unit(140) synchronizes with a data transmission device which transmits a transmission frame through the communications unit based on the reference time information. An error correction unit(150) corrects errors in a data transmission process.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An advertisement-connected coupon providing system and a method thereof are provided to store coupon or advertisement data which a third business operator provides in a server which the business operator manages. CONSTITUTION: A coupon providing unit(16) provides corresponding coupon information through a service delivery platform(14) according to a coupon request from a user terminal(10). If there is an advertisement related to the provided coupon information, the coupon providing unit requests the advertisement to advertisement providing unit(18) through the service delivery platform. The coupon providing unit receives corresponding advertisement information from the advertisement providing unit.
