Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a novel method for preparing an arylnaphthalene lignan compound. In synthesis of arylnaphthalene lignan compounds and derivatives according to the present disclosure, a naphthalene backbone may be constructed first and an aryl group may be introduced at the final stage. Through this, various kinds of derivatives that could not be prepared from the existing methods can be synthesized effectively. Further, the synthesis method according to the present disclosure is appropriate for large-scale production.

The present invention relates to a composition containing the extract of Robinia pseudo-acacia var. umbraculifera(Robinia pseudo-acacia var. umbraculifera) , fractions thereof and compounds isolated therefrom as an active ingredient, more precisely a composition containing the extract of Robinia pseudo-acacia var. umbraculifera extracted with water, alcohol or a mixture thereof as a solvent, fractions thereof and compounds isolated therefrom such as amorphastilbol or 5, 7-dihydroxy-6-geranyl flavanone, or its pharmaceutically acceptable salts which can activate peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR) to bring the effect of prevention or treatment of obesity, diabetes, inflammation, skin aging, wrinkles. So, the extract of Robinia pseudo-acacia var. umbraculifera , fractions thereof and compounds isolated therefrom of the present invention can be effectively used as an active ingredient for medicines, food and drink or compositions for skin external application.

Provided are a Panax spp. plant extract including 90% or more of Rg3, Rk1, and Rg5 with respect to a weight of ginsenoside Rb1, Rc, Rb2, Rd, Rg3, Rk1, and Rg5 obtainable by irradiating microwaves to a Panax spp. plant or an extract thereof, a method of preparing the Panax spp. plant extract, and a pharmaceutical composition and a health functional food composition for improving one of the side effects of anticancer drugs such as declining immunity and developing a anticancer drugs resistance, improving antioxidation, anticancer, anti-inflammation, brain function or cognitive function, vasodilation inhibition of platelet aggregation, improving dermatitis, or improving psoriasis.

Provided are: a method of preparing a cannabis processed product having an increased CBD content in an efficient and economic manner, through a decarboxylation reaction by continuous microwave irradiation of a cannabis extract; and use of a processed product having an increased CBD content prepared by the method, a fraction thereof, and a single ingredient of CBD, in foods, drugs, and cosmetics.
