Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a novel method for preparing an arylnaphthalene lignan compound. In synthesis of arylnaphthalene lignan compounds and derivatives according to the present disclosure, a naphthalene backbone may be constructed first and an aryl group may be introduced at the final stage. Through this, various kinds of derivatives that could not be prepared from the existing methods can be synthesized effectively. Further, the synthesis method according to the present disclosure is appropriate for large-scale production.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition containing the extract of Robinia pseudo-acacia var. umbraculifera(Robinia pseudo-acacia var. umbraculifera) , fractions thereof and compounds isolated therefrom as an active ingredient, more precisely a composition containing the extract of Robinia pseudo-acacia var. umbraculifera extracted with water, alcohol or a mixture thereof as a solvent, fractions thereof and compounds isolated therefrom such as amorphastilbol or 5, 7-dihydroxy-6-geranyl flavanone, or its pharmaceutically acceptable salts which can activate peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR) to bring the effect of prevention or treatment of obesity, diabetes, inflammation, skin aging, wrinkles. So, the extract of Robinia pseudo-acacia var. umbraculifera , fractions thereof and compounds isolated therefrom of the present invention can be effectively used as an active ingredient for medicines, food and drink or compositions for skin external application.
Abstract:
Provided are a method of producing a compound in which a sugar of a glycoside is reduced or removed, and an extract, a pharmaceutical composition, and a food composition including the compound.
Abstract:
Provided are a Panax spp. plant extract including 90% or more of Rg3, Rk1, and Rg5 with respect to a weight of ginsenoside Rb1, Rc, Rb2, Rd, Rg3, Rk1, and Rg5 obtainable by irradiating microwaves to a Panax spp. plant or an extract thereof, a method of preparing the Panax spp. plant extract, and a pharmaceutical composition and a health functional food composition for improving one of the side effects of anticancer drugs such as declining immunity and developing a anticancer drugs resistance, improving antioxidation, anticancer, anti-inflammation, brain function or cognitive function, vasodilation inhibition of platelet aggregation, improving dermatitis, or improving psoriasis.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a co-culture method of Sphingomonas sp. bacterial strain and Aspergillus sp. fungus strain, in which the novel Sphingomonas sp. bacterial strain KMK-001 is cultured in a liquid medium and the novel Aspergillus sp. strain KMC-901 separately cultured in another liquid medium is added to the above culture solution, a novel glionitrin biosynthesized therefrom and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the said glionitrin or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt as an active ingredient. The glionitrin herein has strong cytotoxic effect on cancer cells and has antibiotic effect on 10 pathogenic bacteria including the novel Sphingomonas sp. bacterial strain KMK-001, so that it can be effectively applied in antibiotics or anti-cancer agents.

Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition for preventing, ameliorating, or treating inflammatory diseases comprising extracellular vesicles (EVs) derived from Roseburia spp. strains and/or Bifidobacterium spp. strains. The EVs of the present invention exhibits effectiveness in improving inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and additionally, all EVs derived from congeneric strains corresponding to Roseburia spp. strains or Bifidobacterium spp. strains. have been confirmed to exhibit strong anti-inflammatory effect. As such, the strain of the present invention and EVs derived therefrom can be provided as a composition for preventing, ameliorating, or treating a variety of inflammatory diseases.
