Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for communicating a message constituted of a data block through wireless communication in an incomplete transmission/reception channel state. SOLUTION: This method and device is based on the delay of a PDU and a packet in a much higher layer. Thus, it is possible to reduce the delay by automatically adopting modulation and encoding schemes for maximizing the mean value of the throughput of a data block.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively provide streaming service in a wireless and a cellular communication network irrespective of existing delay requests and present channel quality, by using redundacy of determined quantity to restore errors by means of selective ARQ process with limited retransmission capacity for supporting higher streaming rate. SOLUTION: These are a method and system for a radio link control(RLC) protocol enabling partial restoration of data for streaming service in a mobile station or mobile receiver configuration. The maximum number of retransmissions permissible by a method for each RLC block is a function of the maximum delivery delay and a round trip delay required by streaming service.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method that can efficiently and flexibly multiplex a real time service and a non-real time service on a full rate channel in a wireless data electric communication system. SOLUTION: This invention provides a time division multiple access communication method and system where many frames share the time and each frame consists of N-sets of data bursts. The method and system is provided with a 1st multiplexer that generates a half rate channel as a series of bursts periodically generated once per frame by each of N-bursts, a 2nd multiplexer that generates the full rate channel as two half rate channels on a consecutive time slot, and a transmitter that transmits the full rate channel from a 1st wireless station to a 2nd wireless station.

Abstract: Un método para un control de enlace radio, al que se hace referencia en lo que sigue como RLC, protocolo que permite al menos la recuperación parcial de un servicio de flujo (transmisión de paquetes de datos) sobre un canal de comunicaciones inalámbricas en el que se controla el abortar la recuperación de un bloque de RLC, método caracterizado por: determinar un tiempo de transferencia para cada bloque de RLC en función del tamaño del bloque, la velocidad de transferencia y el retardo permitido para cada transmisión; y o bien abortar la recuperación para un bloque de RLC si dicho bloque de RLC no es recibido para el correspondiente tiempo de transferencia del mismo; o bien recibir y recuperar dicho bloque de RLC que es recibido para el correspondiente tiempo de transferencia el mismo.
