    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a full effect of cooling eggs at lower cost. CONSTITUTION:A refrigerator comprises a refrigerator body 21 consisting of an outer box 22, an inner box 23 and a heat insulating material 24 interposed therebetween and a door body 27 consisting of an outer door plate 28, an inner door plate 29 provided with a synthetic resin-made projecting part forming an egg shelf 31 and a heat insulating material 30 interposed therebetween and pivotally mounted to the aforesaid refrigerator body 21. A pair of oppositely positioned inwardly projecting ribs 32 are formed near the top panel of the inner box 23, each along its inner side face, in such a manner that the ribs lie above the egg shelf 31 of the inner door plate 29 with their forward ends inclining downwardly and as if holding a cooler 25 provided inside the refrigerator body 21 therebetween. In this way the cooling air is allowed to flow from the outer top panel down to the outer side faces of the cooler 25 and then run in the forward direction of the inner box 23 along the contour of the rib 32, thereby cooling the egg shelf 31.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate the laborage of movement of a rack by a method wherein a stopper mechanism is released to permit the rotation of a shaft to move a frame, retaining the rack, directly along a sliding groove. CONSTITUTION:An upper roller 3a, a lower roller 3b and a gear 5 are arranged so that the upper roller 3a is abutted against the surface of this side of a sliding groove 16a, the lower roller 3b is abutted against the surface of the other side of the sliding groove 18a at the lower part than the upper roller 3a and the gear 5 is meshed with a rack 14 at the upper part than the lower roller 3b. On the other hand, a right frame 2b is configured so as to cover a stopper mechanism 13 consisting of a ratchet 6. a stopper 7, a stopper pin 8, a stopper spring 9, a lever 10, a lever pin 11 and a wire 12. Accordingly, the frame 2, retaining the rack 1, can be moved up-and-down along the sliding groove directly when the stopper mechanism 13 is released so as to permit the rotation of a shaft 16, According to this method, the rack 1 may be moved easily without necessitating a large force and the back may be used for a refrigerator having a different width with a low cost.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve installing workability of an air blower, and to effectively use an invalid space in a refrigerator for cooling a storage chamber by forcibly circulating air by the air blower. SOLUTION: The air blower 44 is pressed and supported in the inmost part of a partition member 35. The partition member 35 is installed in an inner box 31. A heat insulating material 33 is filled and foamed to improve the installing workability for arranging the air blower 44 in the upper vicinity of a cooler 42. The invalid space in the partition member 35 can be utilized for installing the air blower 44 so that a space of a cooler chamber is reduced, and the effective volume of the refrigerating chamber 36 and a freezing chamber 37 can be expanded.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make the thermally conductive, heat radiation sealer unnecessary by simultaneously caulking the side of the condensation pipe on the flanges of the outer casing and the rear panel so as to establish a positive contact for better thermal conduction. CONSTITUTION:The outer casing 2 has an outer flange 2a formed on the rear edge of the side panel, a foldback flange 2b folded back to the rear of said outer flange 2a and an inner flange 20 extended from said foldback flange 2b. The rear panel 3 has a flanged recess 3b on both sides of it, and the outer side of said flange recess 3b is engaged with the inner flange 20 of the outer casing 2. The side 7 of the condensation pipe is simultaneously caulked with the inner flange 2c of the outer casing 2 and the flange recess 3b of the rear panel 3 with the side 7 of the condensation pipe internally brought in contact with the inner side of the flange recess 3b. Because the contact between the side 7 of the condensation pipe and the outer casing 2 as well as the rear panel 3 is positively established, and the contact area becomes greater, there will be better thermal conductivity, rendering the thermally conductive sealer unnecessary. Further, because the outer casing 2 and the rear panel 3 are simultaneously caulked, the hot melt 9 also becomes unnecessary for sealing purpose.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect temperature of a condenser for stable temperature control in a cooler temperature sensitive device for a temperature adjuster for use in a refrigerator. SOLUTION: A metal support plate 11 is formed on a temperature sensitive part 10 of a tip end part of a temperature sensitive cylinder 9 of a cooling temperature sensitive device. A heat insulating member 12 is integrally formed so as to make close contact with the temperature sensitive part 10 and the support plate 11 and is mounted on a cooler 7 whereby defrosted water of the cooler 7 is prevented from being poured on the temperature sensitive part 10 and the support part 11, and further the temperature sensitive part 10 without being influenced by cold air of frost deposited on a lower part of the bottom of the cooler 7 and by warm air upon a door being opened can accurately detect the temperature of the cooler 7 through the metal support plate 11.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To facilitate cleaning work of an evaporation pan by a method wherein the evaporation pan is provided with a refrigerant path formed between two or more plates of aluminum, etc., and the inlet open end of the refrigerant path of the evaporation pan is connected to the delivery pipe of a compressor. CONSTITUTION: A release agent for preventing press-bonding is applied between two plates of aluminum, etc. The plates, after rolled, are applied with a hydraulic pressure to form a refrigerant path 11 and bent into a box-shaped evaporation pan 10. An inlet pipe 13 of the evaporation pan 10 is welded to a delivery pipe 14 of a compressor 4 to connect an inlet open end 12 to the delivery pipe 14. Thereby, the cleaning work of the evaporation pan 10 can be carried out easily and defrosted water can be evaporated completely. In addition, the hemisphere-shaped evaporation pan 10 facilitates the cleaning work of the evaporation pan 10 and a risk of water leakage can be avoided.
