Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To engage backboard of a refrigerator with carrying handles leaving no space therebetween for preventing leakage of a heat insulating material as well as enhancing assembling properties by providing the carrying handles at notches made at corners of the backboard, which forms the rear surface of the refrigerator body, engaging the handles with the notches and integrally foaming the heat insulating material therebetween. SOLUTION: A refrigerator body 20 is composed by foaming and filling a heat insulating material 24 between a steel outer box 21, very board 22 and a resin inner compartment and is provided with carrying handles 27, which are ABS resin moldings, at both upper corners of the rear board 22. In that case, a substantially L-shaped notch is made at each upper corner of the very board 22, and a substantially L-shaped stepped recess 31 is formed at each flange 30 of the notches at the side of the heat insulating material 24 in a depth substantially corresponding to the thickness of the plate of the handle 27. Then a rib 34 provided on the rear side of the handle 27 at the side of the back board 22 is engaged with a hole 33 provided in the vicinity of the notch, and an elastically deformable J-shaped claw part 35 integrally formed with the handle 27 is engaged with a groove 32 provided in the stepped recess 31, and the handle 27 is fixed by integrally foaming the heat insulating material.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the moving of a refrigerator by a method wherein a cap of which the bottom surface is made of an easy-to-slip material, is screwed on the legs, and the legs are rotatably attached to leg supporters. SOLUTION: For a leg 5, a recessed threaded part 2 is formed at the center of the bottom surface of a cylindrical main body 1, and the bolt part 4 of a screw 3 protruding upward, is insert-molded at the center of the upper surface to integrally form the leg 5. A cap 9 comprises a cylindrical threaded part 6 which is provided at the center of the upper surface, a protruding threaded part 7 which is provided on the outer periphery, a bottom part 8 of which the surface is formed of an easy-to-slip material, and the threaded parts 6, 7 and the bottom part 8 are integrated to form the cap 9. The protruding threaded part 7 of the cap 9 is screwed in the recessed threaded part 2 of the leg 5, and the screw 3 of the leg 5 is rotatably attached to a screw hole 12 of a leg supporter 11 which is attached to a refrigerator main body 10. By doing so, the cap 9 is integrated with the leg 5, and by utilizing the slipperiness of the bottom part of the cap 9, the moving of the refrigerator is facilitated without lifting the front part, when the refrigerator is carried in and installed.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent dropping of an object placed on a table and to obtain a heat dissipating space by sliding a stopper of an L-shaped section pivotally secured to a rear part of the table for forming a flat upper surface of a refrigerator body and allowing it to protrude from the upper surface of the table and a back surface of an outer box. CONSTITUTION:A refrigerator has foamed heat insulator 5 filled between an inner box 3, an outer box and a table 4 for forming a flat upper surface. A heat dissipating pipe 10 is embedded in a back surface 9 of the outer box. In this case, recesses 7 are formed at both right and left sides of a rear part of the table 4, and cylindrical recesses 8 are formed at both right and left sides of the recesses 7. Stoppers 12 of L-shaped section are contained in the recesses 7, and supporting implements 13 formed at both right and left sides of the stoppers 12 are contained in the recesses B. That is, the stoppers 12 are rockably pivotally secured by the implements 13. Thus, when the stoppers 12 are so rocked as to be dropped from the recesses 7, their ends 15 protrude from the upper surface of the table 4 and the back surface 9 of the outer box.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of material and the space in which a refrigerator in a packed state is set by providing a tubular handle with a supporting device which is fitted into a groove in the inside wall of a hollow and belting holes through which a belt for preventing the refrigerator from tuning over is passed. SOLUTION: Supporting devices 15 and belting holes 16 are formed integrally, the supporting devices 15 respectively on the left and right sides of a tubular handle 14 and the belting holes 16 in the upper and lower plane sides of the tubular handle 14. The tubular handle 14 when drawn out from a hollow 9 can be used as a handle in transportation. The forward end 17 of the tubular handle 14 projects rearward beyond the machine-chamber cover. The tubular handle 14 when retracted into the hollow 9 in made substantially flush with the rear part of the table 4. Thus the tubular handle 14 is fitted in place in a manner of permitting it to be drawn out and retracted freely relative to the rear side 11 of the refrigerator so that the outer frame of the refrigerator in its packing can be suited in shape to the depth that the machine-chamber cover has. The refrigerator can be prevented from overturning and its thermal radiation can be ensured by drawing out the tubular handle 14 from the hollow 9.

CONSTITUTION:Since first and second freezing chambers 21 and 27 are formed in juxtaposition at the upper part of a refrigerator body 19, the amount of foods contained in the whole of a freezing chamber is increased. A temperature difference between a low temperature chamber 28 and a first refrigerating chamber 22 adjacent to the side of the low temperature chamber is as low as 4 -8 deg.C. Namely, a thermal effect of other chamber on the low temperature chamber 28 effective in preserving fresh fish is lessened. Further, delivered cold air the flow rate of which is regulated in a temperature regulating device 33 passes through a duct 36 in a partition plate 34 and is discharged through a cold air delivery port 35 to the first refrigerating chamber 22, a second refrigerating chamber 25, and a third refrigerating chamber 31. Similarly, delivered cold air the flow rate of which is regulated in a temperature regulating device 33-A for a low temperature chamber presses through a second duct 38 in the partition plate 34 and is delivered through a cold air delivery port 37 to the low temperature chamber 28.
