    Abstract: A door handle structure for a refrigerator of a type including at least one access door (2) hingedly supported at one side portion so as to move between opened and closed positions about a hinge axis (H) to thereby selectively open and close an opening leading to a refrigerator compartment. The access door (2) includes a front panel (4), a rear panel confronting the refrigerator compartment and upper and lower frame members (3a, 3b) and also includes a heat insulating material (5) filled in a space delimited by the front and rear panels and the upper and lower frame members (3a, 3b). The door handle structure includes a generally elongated handle (6) rigidly secured at one end to an opposite side portion of the access door (2) remote from the hinge axis (H). This handle (6) has a grip area (10) extending widthwise of the access door (2).

SOLUTION: A plurality of protruding parts 34 are provided on either wall surface of an inner space formed by the outer box 31 and the inner box 32 of the refrigerator 30, and the vacuum heat insulating material 35 is fixed in contact thereto to prevent the deformation of the inner box 32 or the outer box 31. A linear compression part 73 is provided on a vacuum heat insulating material 72 so as to easily extend the heat insulating material along the contact surface to eliminate unevenness in attachment. Thus, the refrigerator of high quality can be provided.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an increase in the housing capacity of a refrigerator as a whole, a conservation of power and easiness in handling of each chamber by cooling a vegetable chamber the highest in the temperature by conduction and radiation heat from the surrounding areas to simplify the structure of a cool air path. SOLUTION: There are arranged independently a cold storage compartment 3 at an upper part of the body 1 of a refrigerator, a low temperature chamber 6 at a lower part of the compartment, a freezer compartment 12 at a lower part of the body 1 of the refrigerator and a vegetable chamber 9 between the low temperature chamber 6 and the freezer compartment 12. The cold storage compartment 3 has a slide door 2, the low temperature chamber 6, the vegetable chamber 9 and the freezer compartment 12 have drawer doors 5, 8 and 11 respectively. A compressor 18 is installed at the rear lowest part of the body 1 of the refrigerator and a cooler 16 behind the vegetable chamber 9. The vegetable chamber 9 is surrounded by the low temperature chamber 6, the freezer compartment 12 and the cooler 16 to be cooled by conduction heat and radiation heat from them. This eliminates a path for sending cool air for forced cooling to the vegetable chamber 9.

SOLUTION: A section wall 11 segments the interior of a refrigerator into an upper stage cold storage 12 and a lower stage freezer compartment 1. A scoop 3 is mounted on the top of a freezer compartment in front of an automatic ice maker 2 mounted on the top of the freezer compartment. This construction makes it possible to expand the volume of an ice storage box 6 set up in a freezer vessel 9 loaded on a slide-out door 10. It is possible to eliminate the generation of a rattling sound in the ice storage box 6 and makes it difficult for the foodstuff to come in contact with an open air so that the interior is sanitary and makes it possible to minimize the transfer of odor of the other foodstuff in the freezer compartment 1.

The invalid space in the partition member 35 can be utilized for installing the air blower 44 so that a space of a cooler chamber is reduced, and the effective volume of the refrigerating chamber 36 and a freezing chamber 37 can be expanded.

Because the electric control board 76 and the compressor 69 are partitioned by the enclosure 77, the temperature of the electric control board 76 is restrained from being raised.

In addition, a water supplying tank pressing member 34 is also made to have a structure with a resilient section 37, the pressing member 34 is rotatably attached to the frame 31, this is plastically deformed by a pressing force and then the pressing force directed in a forward direction is attained. With such an arrangement as above, it is possible to provide an ice making device in which no spring is required for realizing a fixing force and a pushing force for the water supplying tank.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator door to provide a gripping way with the degree of freedom, to widely occupy a grip part, provide excellent operability, and arrange a clean handle having excellent cleaning ability. SOLUTION: A refrigerator door is pivotally supported in front of a refrigerator body comprising upper and lower door frame materials; a door panel 4; and a heat insulation material 5 and openably mounted. A handle, adding an antibactrial material, to which a grip part 10 stretching from one direction in a lateral (horizontal) direction is attached is fixed at one end of the refrigerator door by means of screws 7. A recessed part 21 is formed in a door panel 4 at the periphery of the grip part 10 and a protrusion from a panel 4 is decreased. This constitution provides a refrigerator to effect gripping from three directions of upper and lower directions and a non-fixing direction, and be provided with a clean handle having excellent cleaning ability.
