Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent static electricity from being generated, by a method wherein a metal containing resin of a conductive material is used for a wall surface of an inner jig comprised of a synthetic resin and the wall surface is made to have the same electric potential as that of an inner box part comprised of the synthetic resin of a heat insulation box body. CONSTITUTION:A heat insulation box body A is formed of an inner box 7 which is made of a synthetic resin and provided with an outward flange 7a on the front end, an outer box which is made of a metal and provided with an inward flange 8a abutting against the flange 7a of the inner box 7 on the front end and a foaming heat insulation material 9 which takes an inflammable hydrocarbon such as pentane or cyclopentane as a foaming agent between wall surfaces of both the boxes 7, 8. Hereby, even if static electricity is generated between the inner jig 3 for wall surface of which a conductive material 3a is used and the inner box 7 comprised of the synthetic resin, earth becomes easy to take. Consequently, safe foamed jig wherein such a hazard that the circumference is damaged by explosion of the foaming agent during foaming of the heat insulation material is eliminated is obtained.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate the danger of explosion or a fire in a urethane foaming process and thereby to enable execution of safe production by providing a process of eliminating static electricity of a jig for foaming, an inner jig, a workpiece, etc., before injection of urethane in urethane foaming equipment using hydrocarbon as a foaming agent. CONSTITUTION:A process of eliminating static electricity is executed by a foaming jig of a heat-insulating box which is formed by a bottom jig 9 a part of which is grounded, by an inner jig 10 being in contact with the bottom jig 9 and by a top jig 11 of synthetic resin and lateral jigs 12 of synthetic resin which surround the inner jig 10. A static electricity eliminator 13 of a voltage impression type generates ions 14 and thereby eliminates electric charges generated in the inner jig 10, the top jig 11 and the lateral jigs 12 made of the synthetic resin and being nonconductors. Even when an explosive substance, hydrocarbon such as pentane or cyclopentane, is used as a foaming agent in a posterior process, as the result, the static electricity is hardly generated in the advance of foaming and the danger that the foaming agent explodes in the course of a heat-insulative foaming operation and destructs the surroundings is eliminated.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce hazards of an explosion and fire, by a method wherein a chamber filling and foaming raw materials and a chamber solidifying them after the foaming are separated from each other and a suction filter sucking a hydrocarbon is installed into a blower route of the solidifying chamber. CONSTITUTION:A suction filter 22 comprised of a conductive fiber material and an active carbon suction material is installed into a circulation air path 21 and the suction filter 22 is earthed. In the fourth process 6, both stock solutions through a hydrocarbon stock solution storage tank 23 and polyol stock solution storage tank 24 of pentane or cyclopentane into which nitrogen gas is enclosed are mixed 25 up with each other. The stock solutions are supplied to a casting machine 28 through a piping path arriving at the casting machine 28 by storing in a work tank 26 and a piping path storing in a work tank 30 from an isocyanate stock solution storage tank 29 and arriving at the casting machine 28 by a pump 31. The final mixing is performed by the casting machine 28 and filled up into a space between a pair of walls. Hereby, density of the hydrocarbon in a cure chamber 20 can be lowered.
