    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable four states of utilization corresponding to a clearance size between a free shelf and a mounting shelf to be properly selected by optionally selecting from a use of full-width shelf having a rear shelf and a front shelf being in flush to each other, a semi-width shelf use with the front shelf being stored in the rear shelf, a full-width open use of shelf with the front shelf being rotated rearwardly around a rotating axis for the rear shelf and being inclined, and a full-width open use of shelf with the front shelf being stored at a vertical part in the second rear guide groove and supported therein. CONSTITUTION:When a front shelf 34 is moved rearwardly, the first guide groove 50 and the third guide groove 50 are substantially flush with the same plane from each other, so that the front shelf can be slid in a forward or a rearward direction while it is being held at a substantial horizontal state. One of engaging pieces 52 for the front shelf is engaged with a flat surface part at a front part of the first guide groove 41 when the full-width shelf is used and the other engaging piece 52 is engaged over an engaging piece at the front side of the third guide groove of the rear shelf 35 and then it is projected into the third guide groove of the rear shelf. Accordingly, a smooth sliding without any looseness or no abnormal noise can be carried out. A food storing space below the shelf is not projected downwardly when the semi-width shelf is used and then a wide storing space can be assured.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator ensuring in particular the effective content volume of an ice making chamber and high in mounting efficiency, in a thin type refrigerator having a small depth size. SOLUTION: A cold passage 35 for cold air guided from a cooler 33 to an ice making chamber 20 is situated in a partition plate 18 to partition the ice making chamber 20 and a freezing chamber 19 from each other. By discharging cold air through a discharge hole formed in the partition plate 18 to an ice chipper tray 25, cold air uniformly flows to the ice chipper tray, and an ice making speed is improved without unevenness. Further, since there is no air passage in the rear of the ice making chamber 20, a depth size in a chamber can be ensured.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diversified refrigerator in which a moisture adjusting plate including moisture adjusting means capable of keeping optimum storage for vegetables and fruits is demountably provided, and in which containment property of a vegetable chamber and convenience are improved and the cost of a mold is reduced. SOLUTION: A moisture adjusting plate 42 (moisture adjusting means) is demountably anchored in a compartment wall bottom plate 41 constituting a vegetable chamber vent duct 48 communicated with a refrigerator chamber suction duct 47 provided in an upper compartment wall 35 in the vegetable chamber 37. Hereby, the need of a cover of an upper surface of a vegetable container 39 having moisture adjusting means is eliminated, and hence convenience and containment property are improved. Further, a demountable moisture adjusting plate 42 is also used, and hence the present refrigerator is also used for a refrigerator using a compartment wall bottom plate of other kinds, whereby mold reduction is achieved.

CONSTITUTION: A duct cover 16 is disposed over the entire width of a lower part of a refrigerator, and a shielding plate 17 is mounted under the duct cover 16, and further a compressor 18, a condenser 19, and a fan 20 are disposed behind the shielding plate. There are further provided a pair of recesses 16c in a part of the duct cover 16 and a through-hole 23a in a part of the placement plate 23 located backwardly of the refrigerator.

The regulating screw 33 is attached to the table plate 21 through the female screw member 32. The roller 30 is attached to the opposing leg 28 of the roller supporting member 26, the middle part of the roller supporting member 26 is supported by the table plate 21 through the table frame 25 and a bearing whereby the member is swung like a balance. The tip end of the regulating screw 32 is abutted against the abutting section of the roller supporting member 26.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a door with simple and high-class feeling, make the door up-to-date in design, reduce the number of parts, simplify the structure of the door and prevent the possibility of separating of a name plate by attaching the name plate to the recess of the frame body of the door in the door body of a refrigerator. CONSTITUTION:The frame body 18 of a door, which is formed by injection molding, is constituted of an extension part 21, extended in one part of a fore rim 19 and provided with a recess 20. A name plate 22 is bonded to the recess 20 with front-back bonding agent. The name plate 22 is bonded to the recess 20 of the extended part 21 of the door frame body 18 in such a manner whereby the door is provided with simple and high-class feeling, the door becomes up-to- date in design, the number of parts can be reduced and the structure of the door can be simplified very much while the possibility of separating of the name plate from the door can be eliminated.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate contact with a furniture, etc., when a door is opened, to increase the opening of the door, to project the interior of a room to a mirror as required and to improve operability by providing openably at a predetermined rotating angle a cooling chamber door disposed particularly in the lower section of a refrigerator body with the lower side as a center, and applying a mirror to the inner plate of the door. CONSTITUTION:A refrigerator body 9 is vertically split into upper and lower sections by a partition wall 10, a cooling chamber 11 is disposed in the lower section, the upper section is further laterally split into right and left sections by a partition wall 10 in such a manner that one section thereof is of an icing chamber 12 and the other is of a refrigerating chamber 13. Refrigerating chamber door 14, an icing chamber door 15 and a cooling chamber door 16 are respectively attached to the front faces of the chambers 13, 12, 11. The doors are attached pivotally rotatably in vertical directions with the lower sides of the doors as axes. A reflecting mirror 27 is secured with a protrusion 29 formed integrally with the inner plate 20 of the door by a both-side adhesive tape 28. Food contained in the depths of the chamber can be visually observed by projecting it to the mirror 27 mounted on the inner face of the door 16.
