SOLUTION: An input information inputted through a voice from a food information inputting means 103 is related by a control means 102 to an information with respect to a food life, which is stored in respective information menus of a food control supporting menu 112, a cooking supporting menu 113, a health supporting menu 114, a shopping supporting menu 115, which are stored in a memory means 105, to select the optimum information and provide a user with the information through an indication or a voice by an information outputting means 104.

SOLUTION: Control means 102 associates much information stored in each information menu of input information from information input means 103 initial set information 110 stored in storage means 105, top menu information 111, and a simple menu information 112, and selects proper information, and informs a user of it at a proper timing with information output means 104 through a display or a sound.
