Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring instrument for air conditioner which can solve the problem raised by the conventional constitution that the operating characteristics of the other equipment than a sensor installed to equipment cannot be measured at the time of measuring the operating data of an air conditioner and, accordingly, the diagnostic accuracy of the air conditioner becomes lower. SOLUTION: Since a numerical stitching means 15 switches in advance the used sensor to the already existing sensor of the air conditioner or the accessory sensor of an interface unit IFU1 equipped with the sensor, it becomes unnecessary to attach the accessory sensor to the interface unit IFU1 ad the working man-hour of a service man can be reduced when the already existing sensor is installed to the air conditioner. In addition, since the operating data of the air conditioner can be measured by using a communication line, it becomes unnecessary to install a first measuring instrument CNT1 outdoors and the operating data of the air conditioner can be measured accurately without being influenced by the outdoor air temperature and the installed morphology of the instrument CNT1.

If the control data is the information on group number, the group number that is read out from the control data is stored in memories 14, 24 to 94. Moreover, when the counterpart classifying data of the transmitted communication data shows grouping control, the counterpart address data is compared with the group number that is stored in the memories 14, 24 to 94 to determine whether it is concerned with self or not.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunction in a control system for air conditioning apparatus in which an outdoor machine and an indoor machine are connected through a communication line by interrupting transmission and reception to a microcomputer of a connection instrument upon detecting communication failure by failure signal detection means when a transmission/reception processing is performed between the instruments on the communication line. SOLUTION: An outdoor machine A1 and an indoor machine B1 are connected onto a communication line D, and when power is supplied, the outdoor machine A1 transmits to the indoor machine B1 a signal for detecting communication failure by signal generator means a12 and an operation signal from an outdoor machine microcomputer a13 by outdoor machine transmission/reception means a11. In contrast, an operation signal is transmitted also to the outdoor machine A1 from the indoor machine B1 by indoor machine transmission/reception means b11 to operate a load a14 with the outdoor machine microcomputer a13. Hereupon, failure detection means b12 judges whether or not a waveform of a signal from the signal generator means a12 is normal, and issues an interruption instruction to communication interruption means b15 when a disturbance of the signal is detected to interrupt communication from the outdoor machine B1.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cooling startability by setting each valve in freezing cycles on utilization side and performing the operation of a refrigerant carrying pump, and besides, setting each valve in freezing cycles on heat source side and performing the operation of a compressor, at start of cooling operation, and fully opening a bypass valve after passage of a specified time. SOLUTION: After start of cooling operation, the setting of each valve in freezing cycles on heat source side is performed, and next the setting of each valve in freezing cycles on utilization side is performed. That is, the first controller Cnt1 opens the first flow control valve RV1 into specified aperture, and fully opens the second flow control valve RV2 and a bypass flow valve RV, and opens the second two-way valve SV2. In addition, it turns on a refrigerant pump PM, and turns on a compressor, and performs the detection of the passage time after start of operation. Then, a liquid refrigerant can be carried to indoor units 12a and 12b, and it can shift smoothly to normal cooling mode, without falling in liquid shortage or gas shortage operation, by fully closing the bypass valve RV, in case that the operation passage time comes to the specified time or over.

The indoor machine 17 controls the room temperature by the indoor machine set temperature means 18 and performs operation utilizing storage heat, until the heat radiation time.
