Abstract: PURPOSE:To realize not only the sufficient effect of resolution for an electron analyzer, by securing a 2:1 ratio between the input pulse number to the voltage sweeping counter and that to the display counter each. CONSTITUTION:The switch synchronous circuit 5 supplies the pulse signal sent from the pulse generator 1 via the divider 2 to the input B of the gate circuit 5. The output of the circuit 9 is supplied to the binary counter 10 and then gives a 1/2-division to the output of the counter 10 then supply it to the gate circuit 13 as well as the frequency multiplier 14. The output of the circuit 13 is supplied to the display counter 19 to receive an up-counting and then supplied to the segment display circuit for display. On the other hand, the multiplier 14 doubles the output frequency of the circuit 10 to then supply it to the analyzing counter 15. Accordingly, the counter 15 gives an up-counting to the double pulse compared with the counter 19. The output of the counter 15 is supplied to the electron analyzer 18 via the D/A converter 16 and the DC high-voltage generating circuit 17 each. As a result, the circuit 20 suffices with the resolution lower than the analyzer 18.
