    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a transparent electrically conductive glass having a displaying part or an inputting part having high hardness and a detouring circuit part having low resistance by forming the above parts with transparent electrically conductive film by printing method. CONSTITUTION:A displaying part or an inputting part is formed on a glass substrate by printing with a transparent electrically conductive film ink composed of a tin compound, an indium compound, a solvent and an additive and having a composition of formula A. Successive to the above process or after drying the printed circuit at 30-90 deg.C for 10sec to 20min, a detouring circuit part is printed with a transparent electrically conductive film ink composed of a tin compound, an indium compound, a solvent and an additive and having a composition of formula B.     Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a transparent electrically conductive glass having a displaying part or an inputting part having an arbitrary resistance and a detouring circuit part having an arbitrary resistance by forming the above parts with a transparent electrically conductive film. CONSTITUTION:The thin film forming apparatus to be used for the production of a transparent electrically conductive glass is composed of an engraved roll 3 having a number of ink cells on the surface, an ink supplying apparatus 5 to supply a transparent electrically conductive film ink to the engraved roll, a doctor 6 to spread the transparent electrically conductive film ink on the surface of the engraved roll, a printing roll 4 having protrusions to contact with the engraved roll and receive the transparent electrically conductive film ink from the engraved roll, a driving apparatus 8 for driving the printing roll and the engraved roll, a surface table 9 to place a printing object, a printing object driving apparatus 10 to move the surface table and a controlling apparatus to control the rotation of the printing roll and the motion of the surface table. The displaying part or the inputting part is formed by using an engraved roll having shallow ink cell or small ink cell pitch and the detouring circuit part is formed by using an engraved roll having deep ink cell or large ink cell pitch.
