Abstract:
Provided are a method for exclusively selecting a duodenal fluid sample having a high possibility of containing pancreatic fluid and favorable sample suitability for subjecting to detection of a pancreatic disease marker by evaluating the quality of the sample prior to detecting the pancreatic disease marker, and a method for detecting a pancreatic disease marker using a duodenal fluid sample selected according to that method. Namely, a method is provided for selecting a duodenal fluid sample for detecting a pancreatic disease marker, comprising: (a1) a step of comparing the color depth of a duodenal fluid sample with a prescribed standard color, and (b1) a step of determining that a duodenal fluid sample is subjected to a test for a pancreatic disease marker if the color depth thereof is equal to or higher than the standard color, but that the duodenal fluid sample is not subjected to a test for a pancreatic disease marker if the color depth thereof is lower than the standard color.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter and a catheter set which can stabilize the discharge position of a drug or the like and stabilize administration of the drug or the like. SOLUTION: The catheter 3, with which living tissue of a mammal including a human is punctured, which is provided with a long and thin structure 8 has a lumen 9 inside and in which an opening 10 communicating with the lumen 9 is formed, and an expandable stent 5 which is arranged at the end of the structure 8. The end of the catheter 3 is stably fixed and is allowed to indwell in a target of drug administration in the living tissue by expanding the stent 5. Since the distance between the end of the catheter 3 and the tissue of the target of drug administration can be also increased, the drug or the like can be stably administered. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter which can easily and surely administer a medicine to a specified region in a vicinity of the surface of an intracorporeal organ. SOLUTION: This catheter 10 which is attached to the intracorporeal organ 4 of mammalians including human being includes: a flexible sheet section 1 at least a part of the rear surface of which is closely joined to the surface of the intracorporeal organ 4; and a flexible tube 2 which is extended from the surface of the sheet section 1. On the rear surface of the sheet section 1, an opening 12 which communicates with the internal passage of the tube 2 is installed. On the rear surface of the sheet section 1, a closely joining region 21 which is closely joined to the organ surface 8, and a non-joining region 22 which is not closely joined to the organ surface 8 are formed. The opening 12 is installed in the non-joining region 22, and a vacant chamber 23 is formed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output method for displaying an inspection result constituted so as not to lose traceability even in a state that the inspection result is derived through a complicated processing route when various processing devices or processing kits are combined to perform inspection without introducing an expensive full automatic inspection device. SOLUTION: In the output method of the inspection result in an inspection result processor for acquiring target data from a biological specimen by stepwise performing a plurality of biological and biochemical reaction operations with respect to the biological specimen acquired from a target person in the inspection of the specimen, the processing units set to the respective processes of the reaction operations are stored, and the inspection items of the biological specimen in the reaction operations and the inspection results derived by the reaction operations are acquired in the respective processes and allowed to correspond to each other to be stored in a memory device. The respective processes and inspection results stored in the memory device and the stored processing units are related with each other to be output to an output device. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter for smoothing the medication to a tumor of a medication object by decreasing an influence that obstructs the medication of a fiber stroma included in the tumor without influencing the other tissues except the tumor of the medication object.SOLUTION: The catheter 1 includes: an elongated skeleton 2 which has a lumen 5 thereinside; a wire 3 which is installed in a site of the catheter 1 to be introduced in a living tissue 19 and incises the living tissue 19; a slider 8 which operates the wire 3 to displace at least a portion of wire 3 in a direction spaced away from the skeleton 2; and a wire rod 4.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter, and a medicine administration device, capable of correctly administrating a minute quantity of medicine. SOLUTION: The device includes a catheter 3 to administer medicine as pierced into a living body tissue of a mammal such as a human, which is a thin and long member 8 having a lumen 9 inside and a through hole 10 to connect the lumen 9 to the external, a non-transparent elastic sheet 11 covering the through hole 10, and a pressure-permeable hard outer member 12 which covers the through hole 10 from the outer side of the non-transparent elastic sheet 11 and to which the chemical is permeable in a pressurized state. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter capable of preventing turn of the catheter about the axis when having at least a single discharge hole on the side face. SOLUTION: This catheter 1 whose distal end 4, at least, is inserted into a living body, includes an elongated tube 2 which has the distal end 4 having at least the single discharge hole on the side face and a body section 3 located at the proximal end side with respect to the distal end 4, and at least a part of the distal end 4 is provided with a turning prevention section 5 which has a shape preventing the turning about the axis, with the distal end 4 inserted in the living body. The turning prevention section 5 is a part where at least a part of the distal end 4 is curved, and the curve generates a resistance to the turning of the catheter 1 about the axis to prevent the turning.
