Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell and biomolecule analysis device and analysis method for measuring dynamics of a plurality of noted points in detail with a simple construction.
SOLUTION: This biomolecule analysis device is provided with a division means (6) dividing luminous flux emitted from a light source into a plurality of the luminous flux having different polarized light directions for irradiating them to a plurality of measuring regions of a biological sample containing biomolecules maintained in measurable condition, a positioning means (8) positioning the plurality of the luminous flux to the different measuring regions, a photodetection means (16) detecting each of the luminous flux having the different polarized light directions which is obtained from the measuring regions by radiating the divided luminous flux, and an analysis means (18) analyzing the biomolecules in the plurality of the measuring regions based on detection result of the photodetection means.
