Abstract:
The present application relates to a cosmetic or dermatological composition comprising, in a cosmetically or dermatologically acceptable medium, a polymer comprising: (a) a polymeric backbone capable of being obtained by reacting: - a polyol comprising 3 to 6 hydroxyl groups; - a monocarboxylic acid containing 6 to 32 carbon atoms; - a polycarboxylic acid comprising at least two COOH carboxylic groups, and/or a cyclic anhydride of such a polycarboxylic acid and/or a lactone comprising at least one COOH carboxylic group; and (b) at least one junction group bonded to said polymeric backbone and capable of establishing H bonds with one or more partner junction groups, wherein each pairing of a junction group involves at least 3 H (hydrogen) bonds. The application also relates to a cosmetic treatment method using said composition.

The invention relates to a cosmetic or pharmaceutical composition, in particular nail varnish, containing a polycondensate that can be obtained by the reaction of: polyol including 3 to 6 hydroxyle groups; a mixture of conjugated and non-conjugated non-aromatic monocarboxylic acids; aromatic monocarboxylic acid containing 7 to 11 carbon atoms; and saturated or unsaturated or even aromatic, linear, branched and/or cyclic polycarboxylic acid containing at least two COOH carboxylic groups and/or a cyclide anhydride of such a polycarboxylic acid. The invention also relates to a cosmetic treatment method that uses said composition, to the polycondensate thus defined, and to a method for preparing said polycondensate.

La présente demande concerne une composition cosmétique ou pharmaceutique, notamment de vernis à ongles, comprenant un polycondensat susceptible d'être obtenu par réaction :- de polyol comprenant 3 à 6 groupes hydroxyles;- d'un mélange d'acides monocarboxyliques non aromatiques, conjugués et non conjugués;- d'acide monocarboxylique aromatique comprenant 7 à 11 atomes de carbone; et- d'acide polycarboxylique, saturé ou insaturé, voire aromatique, linéaire, ramifié et/ou cyclique, comprenant au moins 2 groupes carboxyliques COOH; et/ou un anhydride cyclique d'un tel acide polycarboxylique.La demande concerne également un procédé de traitement cosmétique employant ladite composition, le polycondensat ainsi défini et un procédé de préparation dudit polycondensat.

Cosmetic/pharamceutical composition comprises a polycondensate made of (in wt.%): a polyol (15-30) having 3-6 hydroxyl groups; a 6-32 carbon non-aromatic monocarboxylic acid (5-40); a 7-11 carbon aromatic monocarboxylic acid (10-55) (optionally substituted by 1-3 alkyl groups of 1-32C); and a polycarboxylic acid having two carboxyl groups and/or polycarboxylic acid anhydride (10-25), in a medium. An independent claim is included for a process of preparing the polycondensate comprising mixing polyol, (non)aromatic monocarboxylic acids, heating the mixture at 100-130[deg]C, preferably 150-220[deg]C until complete consumption of the acids, optionally cooling the mixture at 90-150[deg]C, adding the polycarboxylic acid and/or the cyclic anhydride acids, and optionally a silicone with hydroxyl or carboxyl groups, and heating at =220[deg]C.

Agent cosmétique pour le démaquillage, sur tout substrat kératinique, d'un revêtement filmogène en un matériau hybride réticulé obtenu par réaction sol/gel. Cet agent est un chélatant utilisé soit seul soit en solution dans un solvant, ledit chélatant ou sa solution étant choisi(e) de telle sorte qu'il forme avec ledit revêtement filmogène un angle de contact inférieur à 90~.
