PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casing for an optoelectronics constituent element emitting electromagnetic beam having more improved irradiation characteristics that can be obtained by a technically easy means compared to a known casing, and provide a constituent element having such a casing, and a method for manufacturing such a casing. SOLUTION: At least a shielding layer is partially provided on an external surface of a casing body, and this shielding layer is suitable for shielding an electromagnetic beam. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving a method for determining the color group of an LED emitting white light. SOLUTION: A CIE color space is partitioned using a mesh having two groups of intersecting mesh lines. Since one group is determined by the line of Judd while the other group is determined by a line for the color position of the radiator of Planck and a line belonging to a predetermined deviation of threshold value, a large number of meshes are formed by the mesh lines. The invention relates to a headlight comprising a plurality of headlight elements which respectively comprise at least one semiconductor chip emitting electromagnetic radiation; a primary lens element reducing the divergence of an incident light passing through a light input; at least one headlight element output which is used to radiate part of the light of a headlight from the headlight element. At least one of the headlight element outputs is arranged in at least two groups such that the arrangement of at least one group and/or at least the overall arrangement of the headlight element outputs corresponds essentially to a desired radiation characteristic of the headlight, such that in particular a form arises substantially corresponding to the cross-sectional shape of a desired headlight beam, whereby the semiconductor chips belonging to the headlight element outputs of one group can be respectively operated independently from the other semiconductor chips. The invention relates to a lighting device which comprises at least one light-emitting diode (20) and at least one optical element (30), the light-emitting diode (20) and the optical element (30) being adjusted in relation to each other by means of at least one fixing pin (31, 32). The invention also relates to a method for producing the inventive lighting device. The lighting device is especially suitable for use in an automotive headlight.
Abstract:
The invention relates to an LED array having at least two LED chips (2). Said LED array is characterized in that it contains a temperature sensor (3) and in that the operating current of the LED chips (2) is controlled depending on the temperature detected by the temperature sensor (3). The inventive array allows for a long operating time of the LED chips (2) with a high operating current without running the risk of thermal overload.

Das Konversionselement (100) umfasst ein Trägerelement (16), welches eine Aussparung (22) aufweist, welche sich von einer ersten Hauptfläche (18) bis zu einer zweiten Hauptfläche (20) des Trägerelements (16) erstreckt, und ein Konversionsmittel (24), welches dazu ausgebildet ist, wenigstens einen Teil einer auf das Konversionsmittel (24) treffenden Primärstrahlung (12) in eine Sekundärstrahlung mit einer von der Primärstrahlung verschiedenen, größeren Wellenlänge zu konvertieren. Das Konversionsmittel (24) ist zumindest teilweise auf oder in der Aussparung (22) angeordnet und auf mindestens einen Oberflächenbereich (26, 36) des Trägerelements (16) gesintert. Es wird außerdem ein Leuchtmittel (200) sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Konversionselements (100) angegeben.
