Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for qualifying machine learning model -based channel state information (CSI) predictions. An example method generally includes receiving, from a network entity, a channel state information (CSI) prediction model for quantized CSI, calculating CSI based on downlink reference signal measurements, generating a quantized CSI difference value based a quantization of a difference between the calculated CSI and CSI predicted based on a CSI prediction model, and reporting, to the network entity, the calculated CSI and the quantized CSI difference value.

Abstract: Technology neutral coexistence and high priority traffic is disclosed for use in unlicensed frequency bands. Synchronization boundaries are defined in which synchronous contention windows across all radio access technologies attempting access to a shared communication channel occur periodically. Between the synchronous contention windows, the nodes may return to asynchronous access procedures. Such synchronous access procedures may be applicable to certain power classes or deployment type nodes. Additionally, various priority schemes for the synchronous contention window may be used to ensure protection of higher priority nodes or traffic, such as ultra-reliable low latency communication (URLLC) traffic. According to certain aspects, the deployment of such synchronous access methodology may be triggered via signaling from initiating devices. Additional aspects may provide for a technology neutral receiver protection mechanism by defining resources for protection signaling during receiver protection intervals between successive synchronous contention windows.

Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods related to managing and facilitating spectrum sharing among multiple wireless communication networks are provided. A network device of a first network transmits, to a spectrum management server, a spectrum allocation request including at least spatial information associated with a three-dimensional (3D) coverage space of the first network. The network device receives, from the spectrum management server in response to the spectrum allocation request, a spectrum allocation including beamforming parameters that are based on the spatial information. The network device coordinates, with one or more wireless communication devices associated with the first network, communications in the first network based on the spectrum allocation.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a device may select a plurality of channel access intervals during which the device is associated with a priority condition relative to another device for communications by the device, wherein each of the plurality of channel access intervals includes a respective contention interval and a respective transmission opportunity; and may transmit, during a contention interval of a first channel access interval of the plurality of channel access intervals, a signal that includes: channel occupancy information for the device for a first transmission opportunity of the first channel access interval, and information that identifies at least a portion of one or more subsequent channel access intervals, of the plurality of channel access intervals, associated with the device. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: A method of wireless communication includes determining, by a user equipment (UE) in response to a failed transmission to the UE by a base station, to transmit a negative acknowledgment (NACK). The method additionally includes transmitting, by the UE to the base station, the NACK in an acknowledgement (ACK) resource previously allocated by the base station, and triggering at least one action, by the UE in response to at least one of the determination to transmit the NACK or the transmission of the NACK. The at least one action improves retransmission success rate. In another aspect, a method of wireless communication includes receiving, by a base station from a UE, a NACK in an ACK resource previously allocated by the base station, and triggering at least one action, by the base station in response to the receipt of the NACK. The at least one action improves retransmission success rate.
