Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a source base station, configuration information for a conditional handover indicating an execution condition and one or more secondary cell group (SCG) configurations associated with one or more candidate base stations. The UE may transmit, to the source base station, a measurement report indicating one or more measurements associated with at least one of the source base station or the one or more candidate base stations. The UE may perform the conditional handover with a candidate base station, of the one or more candidate base stations, using an updated SCG configuration associated with the candidate base station, wherein the updated SCG configuration is based on an SCG configuration, of the one or more SCG configurations, and the one or more measurements. Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a first user equipment (UE) may transmit, to a second UE associated with a sidelink connection with the first UE, assistance information indicating at least part of a first discontinuous reception (DRX) configuration for a radio access link between the first UE and a base station. The UE may receive at least part of a sidelink DRX configuration for the sidelink connection, wherein an on duration of the sidelink DRX configuration is not aligned with an on duration of the first DRX configuration. The UE may transmit information indicating at least part of the sidelink DRX configuration. The UE may receive, from the base station, a second DRX configuration for the radio access link. The UE may communicate in accordance with the sidelink DRX configuration or the second DRX configuration. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: A method for wireless communication includes a first wireless communication device receiving, from a second wireless communication device, one or more signals for each of a plurality of candidate sensing beams and a transmission beam. The method also includes determining, for each of the plurality of candidate sensing beams based on at least one of the one or more signals for the respective candidate sensing beam, a first signal measurement. The method also includes determining, based on at least one of the one or more signals for the transmission beam, a second signal measurement with respect to a direction of the transmission beam, and determining, for each of the plurality of candidate sensing beams based on the respective first signal measurement and the second signal measurement, beam coverage information with respect to the transmission beam direction.

Abstract: Techniques and apparatus for providing hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback for multiple physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) transmissions are described. One example technique involves receiving downlink control information (DCI) scheduling a plurality of downlink data transmissions across a plurality of slots. The plurality of downlink data transmissions are monitored across the plurality of slots. At least one HARQ feedback scheme for acknowledging the plurality of downlink data transmissions is determined. HARQ feedback for the plurality of downlink data transmissions is provided in accordance with the at least one HARQ feedback scheme.

A wireless communication device determines a channel access procedure based on whether one or more channel access conditions are satisfied for accessing an unlicensed frequency band. The one or more channel access conditions are associated with at least one of sensing across multiple channel occupancy times (COTs), a transmission beam characteristic, a transmit power, a transmission duty cycle, or a beam dwell time. Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatuses for a transmission, from a user equipment (UE) to a first distributed unit (DU), of one or more measurement reports including channel measurements of a set of cells associated with a second DU of a same central unit (CU) as the first DU. The UE may transmit the one or more measurement reports according to various reporting format options, including via separate reports for activated and deactivated cells of the second DU, a joint report for activated and deactivated cells of the second DU, or a joint report across a set of DUs including the first DU. The measurement reports may include one or more metrics associated with each cell of a configured cell set and the UE and the DUs of the same CU may activate or deactivate one or more cells for communication with the UE based on the measurement reports.

Abstract: Technology-specific listen before talk (LBT) parameter adjustments are disclosed for common energy detection (ED) thresholds. Some of the technologies sharing access to the same shared communication spectrum include additional access deferral procedures. Such technologies may be configured with additional compensating features to increase the likelihood of fairness in spectrum access across all technologies sharing a common ED threshold. Such additional compensating features may include a reduced contention window size relative to the technologies that do not include such additional access deferral procedures, increased maximum channel occupancy times (COTs) for longer transmissions, and the like. Each such additional compensating feature may be available under different circumstances, such as always available or available in response to the node activating one of the additional access deferral procedures. Additionally, such additional compensating features may, once initiated, be active and available for a predetermined period of time.
