    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for coordinated scheduling of service periods (SPs). In some aspects, an access point (AP) may receive timing information indicating an SP associated with an overlapping basic service set (OBSS) and may transmit, to its associated STAs, coordinated timing information indicating the timing of the SP in relation to its timing synchronization function (TSF) timer. In some aspects, the AP may adjust the timing information to account for an offset between its TSF timer and a TSF timer associated with the OBSS. In some other aspects, the AP may synchronize its TSF timer with the TSF timer associated with the OBSS. The AP may further communicate with the STAs based on the coordinated timing information. For example, the AP may schedule communications with the STAs to be orthogonal to communications in the OBSS during the SP.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for managing data traffic in restricted target wake time (TWT) service periods (SPs). In some aspects, an access point (AP) may transmit a packet, at the beginning of a restricted TWT SP, that signals all non-member wireless stations (STAs) to defer access to the wireless medium for at least a threshold duration. Upon receiving the packet, any non-member STAs that are associated with the AP may set their network allocation vectors (NAVs) according to the duration indicated by a duration field of the received packet. In some implementations, low-latency STAs that are members of the TWT SP may not set their NAVs according to the duration field of the received packet. Instead, the low-latency STAs may access the wireless medium before the NAVs associated with the non-member STAs expire.

    Abstract: In some implementations, an access point (AP) establishes a restricted target wake time (TWT) session including at least one restricted TWT service period (SP) for peer-to-peer (P2P) communications. The AP admits a group of wireless stations (STAs) associated with P2P communications as members of the restricted TWT session, obtains a transmission opportunity (TXOP) on the wireless channel during the at least one restricted TWT SP, and transmits, on the wireless channel, a protection frame identifying one or more STAs of the group of STAs belonging to the restricted TWT session that are permitted to transmit or receive P2P communications on the wireless channel during the TXOP. The protection frame may also indicate to receiving devices other than the one or more identified STAs that the wireless channel is unavailable for at least a portion of the TXOP.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides methods, devices and systems for generating enhanced sounding packets. Some implementations more specifically relate to sounding packet designs that support enhancements to wireless communication protocols associated with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) 802.11be amendment, and future generations, of the IEEE 802.11 standard. In some implementations, an enhanced null data packet announcement (NDPA) frame may be configurable to support multiple versions of the IEEE 802.11 standard. For example, the enhanced NDPA frame may be configured in accordance with a legacy or a non-legacy NDPA frame format. In some other implementations, the enhanced NDPA frame may include a subfield carrying information identifying a particular basic service set (BSS) which may be associated with one or more STA information fields. Still further, in some implementations, an Extremely High Throughput (EHT) PPDU may include signaling to indicate whether the EHT PPDU is formatted as a sounding NDP.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides methods, devices and systems for transmitting and receiving physical protocol data units (PPDUs) over multiple links. In some aspects, a wireless communication device may determine that first random back off (RBO) for a first channel of a first link has counted down to zero. A wireless communication device may determine, when the first RBO has counted down to zero, that a second RBO for a second channel of a second link has a count down remaining. A wireless communication device may optionally transmit a medium reservation message on the first link reserving a transmission opportunity (TXOP). A wireless communication device may determine whether to wait for the second RBO before transmitting on the first link. A wireless communication device may transmit at least a first PPDU on the first link during the TXOP.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides methods, devices and systems for sharing resources of a wireless medium. Particular implementations relate more specifically to coordinated AP (CAP) time-division-multiple-access (TDMA) and orthogonal-frequency-division-multiple access (OFDMA) techniques for sharing the time or frequency resources of a transmission opportunity (TXOP). According to such techniques, an AP that wins contention and gains access to the wireless medium for the duration of a TXOP may share its time or frequency resources with other selected APs. To share its resources, the winning AP may partition the TXOP into multiple time or frequency segments each including respective time or frequency resources representing a portion of the TXOP, and allocate each of the time or frequency segments to itself or to one of the selected APs.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatuses for wireless communication. An example wireless communication device broadcasts a first beacon frame over a first communication link of an access point (AP) multi-link device (MLD) (AP MLD), and broadcasts a second beacon frame over a second communication link of the AP MLD.     Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, devices, apparatus and methods, including computer programs encoded on storage media, for generating wake-up radio (WUR) frames formats and implementing WUR communications between transmitting and receiving wireless devices. A transmitting wireless device may identify one or more intended receiving wireless devices for which to send a WUR frame. The transmitting wireless device may generate the WUR frame, where the WUR frame has a first portion that includes a first field. The first field may indicate whether the WUR frame is a fixed length frame or a variable length frame. The transmitting wireless device may also determine a frame check sequence (FCS) type for use with a WUR frame for transmission. The FCS portion may be capable of being one of a plurality of FCS types. The transmitting wireless device may transmit the WUR frame to the one or more intended receiving wireless devices.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems and methods for requesting wireless resources for peer-topeer (P2P) communications. In some implementations, a wireless communication device transmits a frame over a wireless medium to an access point (AP), the frame including a medium access control (MAC) header carrying a request for the AP to allocate part of a transmission opportunity (TXOP) for P2P communications between the wireless communication device and a client device. The wireless communication device receives a trigger frame allocating a portion of the TXOP for the P2P communications, and transmits or receives P2P data to or from the client device over the wireless medium during the allocated portion of the TXOP. In some instances, the MAC header of the frame includes a Quality-of-Service (QoS) Control field carrying the request. In some other instances, the MAC header of the frame includes an Aggregated-Control (A-Control) subfield carrying the request.
