Abstract:
The invention concerns a device (1) for fixing an ornamental profiled section (2) on a portion of a shaped band (3) mounted on a glazing (4) and in particular on at least part of the periphery of the glazing, said device comprising at least one rigid clip (5) having at least one upstream co-operating part A designed to allow co-operation with said shaped band (3) and a downstream co-operating part B designed to allow co-operation with said ornamental profiled section (2). The invention is characterized in that said upstream co-operating part A comprises at least one projecting male element (6) or a hollow female element, said element co-operating respectively with a corresponding hollow female element (7) or a projecting male element provided in the shaped band (3), said hollow female element (7) having inner dimensions at least partly smaller to the outer dimensions of said projecting male element (6).

The device has a rigid clip (5) presenting an upstream cooperating part (A) to cooperate the clip with a band section (3) and a downstream cooperating part (B) to cooperate the clip with a trim section (2). The part (A) has a projecting male unit (6) or a hollow female unit, respectively cooperating with a hollow female unit (7) or a projecting male unit arranged in the band section. The hollow female units have inner dimensions partially lesser than outer dimensions of the projecting male units. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a trim section integrating a clip for a fixing device (2) a glazing comprising a fixing device.
Abstract:
The procedure, especially for use on the edges of curved glass panels (1) fitted to motor vehicles by the injection of plastic or reactive materials, consists of placing a glass panel between the two components (2, 3) of a mould that form a moulding cavity (5) delimited by sealing joints (6, 9) before injecting the overmoulded material and removing the panel from the mould after hardening or polymerisation. The sealing joints are in the form of strips inserted in grooves (8) in the mould components and held in place by friction, interlocking surfaces or adhesive; they have a Young modulus of 50 - 300 MPa and a breaking strain of at least 10 MPa.

A tempering frame for thermal tempering of glass panes, includes a carrier frame and a support frame that is joined to the carrier frame via a plurality of connection elements and is arranged completely within the carrier frame, wherein the support frame has an upper primary surface for placing a glass pane, a lower primary surface, a front edge, and a rear edge, and wherein the support frame has recesses introduced in the rear edge, which are arranged between adjacent connection elements.

L’invention concerne un dispositif de refroidissement et de contrôle du galbe de feuilles de verre individuelles ou d’empilements de feuilles de verre, dit le verre, comprenant un dispositif support, comprenant un cadre support comprenant une piste pour supporter la périphérie du verre, un cadre structurel, ledit cadre structurel et ledit cadre support étant reliés ensemble par une pluralité de connecteurs comprenant chacun un moyen de réglage d’un point réglable de la cote de la piste, par rapport au cadre structurel, un gabarit apte à recevoir le verre après son refroidissement sur le cadre support, ledit gabarit étant muni de capteurs fournissant des écarts du verre par rapport au gabarit en différents points de mesure, des points réglables de la piste et des points de mesure du verre ayant des positions coïncidentes.
