Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a comparing circuit having such hysteresis that an operation state which is totally satisfied as to, specially, the precision of hysteresis and high input impedance is obtained although this device has the feature that it can be manufactured in the form of a monolithic integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION: The hysteresis of the comparing circuit is determined in principle by a band gap reference voltage and a current I0 generated by a current generator with the internal resistance of the circuit and resistances Rx and Ry connected to the emitters of input part transistors Q1 and Q2, so that the hysteresis can be obtained with high precision. The input part of the circuit is composed of the input part transistors Q1 and Q2, so it has high impedance.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide an amplifier for measurement which can easily be integrated to the same chip as the amplifier by enabling the of frequency compensation with the small capacitance without using any external capacitance for compensation. CONSTITUTION: This amplifier A is provided with 1st and 2nd input transistors Q1 and Q2 connected to respective 1st and 2nd feedback amplifier circuits A1 and A2 coupled to respective capacitors C2 and C1 for frequency compensation. The 2nd feedback amplifier circuit A2 has a double stage configuration and is provided with one internal capacitor CX for compensation. These three capacitors for frequency compensation can have small numerical values and therefore, they can be easily integrated into the same chip as the amplifier A. This amplifier can be used especially as an interface between the oxygen sensor electronic controllers of zirconium dioxide having different ground conductors GND1 and GND0.
