Abstract: PURPOSE:To set a display panel in the desired direction by providing a stopper at the rotary attachment part of an arm to limit the rotation angle of the arm. CONSTITUTION:A main body cabinet 1 is provided with a printer unit, a memory disk unit, a power unit, an operating unit, and a control unit. A display panel 6 is rotatably supported within the horizontal and vertical surface to an arm 4. Furthermore the arm 4 itself is rotatably attached within a horizontal surface to the cabinet 1. At the same time, a stopper is provided at the rotary attachment part of the arm 4 to limit the rotation angle of the arm 4. The stopper consists of a combination of the stopper pawls 28 and the stopper pieces 27 which about the pawls 28 and limit the rotation of the arm 4. In such a constitution, the direction of the panel 6 is adjusted.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilized power circuit which is able to get rid of loss at an output control component when an overcurrent is detected, excepting the time when started. SOLUTION: An overcurrent detecting circuit 8 detects the overcurrent flowing through a transistor TR1, and outputs detected results to a cutout action blocking circuit 3. Except for staring, a cutout action blocking circuit 3 outputs the detected results of overcurrent, received from the overcurrent detecting circuit 8, directly to a cut off circuit 2. Based on the detected results of overcorrect, the cut off circuit 2 rises the base potential of the transistor TR1 and cut off the output of the transistor TR1. However, is some an overcurrent flows to the transistor TR1 when started. To prevent the case that the overcurrent detecting circuit 8 detects the overcurrent and activates the cut off circuit 2 and then makes an output voltage Vo impossible to start, the cutout action blocking circuit 3 interrupts blocking action of the blocking circuit 2 from the time when started until terminated.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further enhance efficiency by providing an overcurrent detecting means for detecting an overcurrent in the forward direction of a rectifying element. SOLUTION: An integrated circuit 22 is, for example, a four-terminal regulator IC provided with terminals P1 to P4, and a control circuit 23 in the integrated circuit 22 adjusts the on/off duty ratio of a switching element SW and thereby keeps output voltage Vo at a desired voltage with stability. A catch diode D1 as a rectifying device has the characteristics that its forward voltage is increased as the value of transit current increases. If a potential Vc exceeds a reference voltage Vref2, an overcurrent detection comparator 31 in an overcurrent detection circuit 30 decides that the transit current value of the catch diode D1 has exceeded a passing current threshold. Therefore, a series resistance for overcurrent detection can be removed from an output line, and efficiency can be enhanced further.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chopper-type regulator that has an overcurrent break type protection function and facilitates design while canceling break protection function when an output voltage rises. SOLUTION: When an overcurrent flows to an output transistor 2 while the output voltage V0 rises, an overcurrent detection circuit 4 outputs a set signal to an RS flip-clop 3d. The Q-bar output and the output signal of a NAND circuit 3a becomes 'Low' and 'High', respectively, and switching is stopped while the output transistor 2 is broken. However, based on the 'High' signal from an output voltage detection circuit 5 and a periodical pulse from a transmission circuit 3e, an AND circuit 3c inputs a reset signal to the RS flip-flop 3d in a rising period, thus setting the Q-bar output to 'High' for switching by the output transistor 2.

Then, when the charge voltage of the power supply circuit 5 exceeds a prescribed value, the latching relay 9 is turned off to let the power supply circuit 5 discharge electricity, whereby the control circuit 6 and the sub load 8 are supplied with voltage.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a switching current from exceeding an overcurrent detection level because of the delay of an overcurrent protective operation when a switching element is actually turned off, in a chopper regulator in which the overcurrent protective operation is performed, by making an overcurrent protective circuit turn off the switching element when a switching current detected by a switching current detecting circuit reaches the overcurrent detection level set by a reference voltage circuit. SOLUTION: A switching current inclination detecting circuit 43 detects an inclination of a switching current. The larger the inclination, the lower the overcurrent detection level set by an overcurrent detection level adjusting circuit 44. Thus, the switching current can always be made constant at the point when the switching element is actually turned off, a burden to a device itself can be reduced by allowing a degree of freedom in selecting for peripheral circuit components, and easiness in designing and reliability can be improved.
