    Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate a battery holder, a battery contact piece etc. and to reduce the number of parts and man-hours by using a film battery as a battery incorporated in an electronic equipment and bringing the film battery in close contact to a printed circuit board in one piece. CONSTITUTION:A film battery 30 is a high-performance battery with a high energy density, a macromolecular solid electrolyte 33 is laid out between a positive electrode (manganese dioxide) 31 and a negative electrode (lithium, etc.) 32, the surrounding of pyroelectrics (also used as armored body) 34 and 35 of the positive and negative electrodes consisting of a metal plate (foil) is sealed by a sealing material 36. Then, with double-sided patterns 100 and 101 in a substrate 12, a conductor 42 is plate to a through hole 41 for continuity. Similarly, the area between the substrate 12 and the electrode of the film battery 30 continues via a through hole, thus efficiently incorporating a battery into a narrow space in an electronic equipment.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To simultaneously carry out mechanical engaging/holding work and electrical connecting work of electronic equipment and electronic cases by forming projections having an engaging pieces to be engaged with grooves on a fixed surface. CONSTITUTION:An engaging groove 11 having an L-shaped cross section formed on a first case 1 is positioned to an engaging piece 7 of a second case 2, on which the first case 1 is mounted. The case 1 is positioned by projections 5a, 5b formed on the case 2 in a state where the engaging piece 7 is engaged with the engaging groove 11, so that the axes of connectors 3a, 3b accord with each other. The case 1 is pressed toward the connector 3b, to thus slide with the axes of the connectors 3a, 3b according with each other. When a cove 14 covering the connector 3a abuts against a projection 19, it retards. A coaxial connector of the contact 13 is projected through a hole formed on the cover 14, where tips are fitted into contact containing holes of the connector 3b, thus completing electric connection.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make it possible to fully charge a non-aqueous secondary cell safely and reliably by charging the cell under a constant voltage and controlling the charging current when the value of the charging current becomes smaller than a preset value. CONSTITUTION:A supply voltage of AC 100V is supplied to the primary side of a power transformer 2 in an electric source section 1 to output an output voltage from the secondary side, and the collector and the emitter terminals of a transistor 6 in a series regulator 5 are connected to the supply line LV in series respectively. A capacitor 13 is connected between the supply line LV and the ground. A non-aqueous secondary cell 15 is charged under a constant voltage and the charging current is monitored, and when the value of the charging current becomes equal to the preset value of that for the full charge, the charging current is controlled so as to cut off or to switch to normal charge. By controlling the charging current basing on the comparison of the charging current under the fully charged state and the actual charging current as above, the non-aqueous secondary cell 15 can be fully charged safely and reliably.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a case connecting structure which eliminates the need for connector alignment while one case is being supported by providing an L-shaped engaging groove, being continuous in the direction both of vertical and horizontal. CONSTITUTION:The joining surfaces of both cases 1 and 2 are joined with each other by engaging an engaging chip 7 with a groove 11. At this state, axes of connectors 3a and 3b are aligned. When the case 1 is slid, at this state, toward the connector 3b, the case 1 and 2 are slid, while being guided by projections 5a and 5b and keeping axis alignment between connectors 3a and 3b, to eventually engage the connector 3a and 3b. At this time, the engaging chip 7 gets into a horizontal groove 12 of an L-shaped engaging groove 11 and slides an to eventually form one body, the first and second cases keeping this integral state. Thus, connection, keeping of it and electronic connection between the cases 1 and 2 are easily realized.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To automatically judge whether a battery is charged or used by detecting the direction of a current flowing to a charge/discharge terminal and storing it. CONSTITUTION:A coil 10 is connected as a current detector circuit between a positive charging terminal 4 and a chargeable battery 3, and a permanent magnet 12 having one end opposing the coil 10 as an S-pole is disposed on its axial center. A guide plate 13 is secured to one side face of the magnet 12, and supported slidably in parallel with the central axis of the coil 10. A leaf spring 17 for holding the plate 13 at a position as said above is provided, and its arcuate part 17a is engaged with recesses 13a, 13b at both ends of the contact part of the plate. The magnet 12 is attracted or repelled at the time of charging or discharging to move in a reverse direction to be engaged with the arcuate part 17a of the spring 17 and held at the position. Accordingly, whether the battery is charged or discharged can be distinguished by observing the mark on an indication plate 14.
