    Abstract: PURPOSE:To easily position a test head unit and a handler unit at the time of changing test boards. CONSTITUTION:A test head unit 1 is provided with stand part 4 to support a test head part 3 to which a test board is joined, a caster 5 installed in the stand part 4 in the way it can move up and down, and a supporting block 24 installed in both sides of the stand part 4. A handler unit 2 is provided with a standard block 25 to mount and support the supporting block 24 in the state that the caster 25 is floated from the floor face 26. A positioning block 27 is installed in either one of the test head unit 1 and the handler unit 2 and a butting part 28 is installed in the other unit to compose a positioning structure. Furthermore, a fixing means 29 is provided wherein the means 29 is a means to fix the test head unit 1 in the handler unit 2 in the state that the positioning block 27 and the butting member 28 are joined together.

A gate controller 2 is provided with a gate 7 for opening/closing and its driving means and houses a transmission/reception antenna for reading the information on the information card 3. A gate controller 4 is provided with an information card managing means using a CPU which analyzes the received information to manage the number of times of utilization and the expiration date in utilization use of the information card 3, the control over the gate 7, etc., and at least the opening/closing gate 7 is controlled based on the information read from the information card 3.
