Abstract: PURPOSE:To easily position a test head unit and a handler unit at the time of changing test boards. CONSTITUTION:A test head unit 1 is provided with stand part 4 to support a test head part 3 to which a test board is joined, a caster 5 installed in the stand part 4 in the way it can move up and down, and a supporting block 24 installed in both sides of the stand part 4. A handler unit 2 is provided with a standard block 25 to mount and support the supporting block 24 in the state that the caster 25 is floated from the floor face 26. A positioning block 27 is installed in either one of the test head unit 1 and the handler unit 2 and a butting part 28 is installed in the other unit to compose a positioning structure. Furthermore, a fixing means 29 is provided wherein the means 29 is a means to fix the test head unit 1 in the handler unit 2 in the state that the positioning block 27 and the butting member 28 are joined together.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head slider assembling method and a magnetic head device, capable of facilitating the sure electric grounding of a head slider to an elastic supporting member, and performing the easy verification of the grounding by a conductive material. SOLUTION: This magnetic head manufacturing method comprises a head slider attaching process for attachment to a head slider 11 provided with a magnetic head element for recording and/or reproducing information in a medium. The head slider attaching process includes the adhesive coating step of coating adhesive 20 to the adhesive part of the attaching part of the head slider and/or an elastic supporting member, the conductive material coating step of coating conductive materials 21 and 21a, and the adhering step of adhering these, and in the conductive material coating step, the conductive materials are coated so as to protrude out from the adhesive parts by proper amounts after the adhering step.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the air from coming in an ink supply part and/or an ink supply reception part when an ink tank is set to an ink jet head. SOLUTION: In a method for setting the ink tank 7 for supplying ink to the ink jet head 6 which prints by discharging the ink towards a recording medium such as a recording paper 4 from many formed nozzle holes; an ink 20 present at a leading opening 16a of an ink supply passage 16 formed to the ink supply part 15 set to the ink tank for supplying ink to the ink jet head is brought into a state to project from the opening, and an ink 21 present at a leading opening 19a of an ink supply reception passage 19 set to the ink supply reception part 17 for receiving the supply of ink from the ink tank of the ink jet head is brought into a state to project from the opening. The ink projecting from the leading opening of the ink supply passage and the ink projecting from the leading opening of the ink supply reception part are brought to be close to each other and united. Thereafter, the ink supply is set to the ink supply reception part.

There is set a bubble discharge passage 10, which branches from an ink receive/supply passage 5 of the ink receive/supply part for discharging bubbles present in the ink to the outside.
