    Abstract: PURPOSE:To realize an optimum delay characteristic without being affected with external noise by constituting a matching circuit comprising a glass delay element of a resistor, a capacitor and an active transistor(TR), and varying an emitter resistance with an external signal. CONSTITUTION:An impedance when viewing from the output of an input control circuit is supplied as a function of R1, R2, C11, where R1, R2 are resistance between emitters of differential pair transistors(TRs) Q1, Q2, and Q3, Q4. On the other hand, an equivalent circuit not employing an inductance is realized from an output side control circuit by adjusting resistance R'1 between emitters of differential pair TRs Q6, Q7 and resistance R'2 between emitters of differential pair TRs Q8, Q9 so as to satisfy the relation of L0/R0=C12R'1 and R0=R'2 through the control of a current source TR supplying an emitter current, and the matching condition of the glass delay element is satisfied by varying emitter resistors R1, R2 (R'1, R'2) with a signal applied externally.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To automatically select and output a received signal. CONSTITUTION:A photodiode 11 receives a signal outputted from a transmitter 2 through infrared rays and converts the received signal into an electric signal. The signal is inputted to a level detecting circuit 29 through a BPF 21 and an amplifier 22. When the level of the inputted signal is turned to a level larger than a reference level set up by a reference value generating circuit 28, the circuit 29 outputs a detection signal to a control circuit 35. At the time of inputting the detection signal, the circuit 35 automatically switches both switches 31, 32 to the contact (a) side. Consequently a signal FM-modulated by an FM modulator 24 is outputted from an output terminal 33 through an amplifier 25 and a switch 31.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the compact optical IC package with high condensing efficiency and satisfactory frequency characteristics by providing a reflection mirror on the counter side of a lens part at the package. CONSTITUTION:The face of the side opposite to a lens part 4 at a package 3 is spherically formed with a photodetector provided in an optical IC 1 and constitutes a reflection mirror 11. A lead frame 2 is equipped with a through hole 12 at a part faced to the photodetector. Namely, parallel beams made incident from the front face of the package 3 excepting for the lens part 4 are reflected by the reflection mirror 11 and condensed through the through hole 12 to the photodetector of the optical IC 1. Therefore, the beams condensed from the front face to the lens part 4 and the beams reflected from the rear face to the reflection mirror are made incident on the photodetector, the condensing efficiency is improved. Further, since the number of the photodetector in the optical IC 1 can be suppressed to one, the frequency characteristics is improved.

CONSTITUTION:Switch circuits 61L, 61R are provided and a monaural signal Sm from a demodulation circuit 43 is fed to the switch circuits 61L, 61R, stereo signals, L, R from converters 52l, 52R are fed respectively to the switch circuits 61L, 61R and a control signal Sw is fed to the switch circuits 61L, 61R from a system control 9 controlling the entire operation of the VTR. Then output signals of the switch circuits 61L, 61R are extracted from output terminals 55L, 55R through low-pass filters 53L, 53R and noise reduction circuits 54L, 54R.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a noisy signal. CONSTITUTION:A photodiode 11 detects infrared rays outputted from a transmitter 2 and converts the infrared rays into an electric signal. The electric signal is inputted to an FM demodulator 24 through a BPF 21, an amplifier 22 and an AGC circuit 23 and FM-demodulated. The demodulated video signal is outputted to an output terminal 33 through a switch 30, an amplifier 25, an output terminal 14, and a switch 31. When the output of the amplifier 22 is reduced to a value less than a reference value set up by a reference value generating circuit 28, a level detecting circuit 29 turns off the switch 30 to squelch the video signal.
