Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate a time adjustment by shifting a timer time signal outputted by a manual operation mechanism to the timer circuit of a timepiece with a time setting button. When the time adjustment of the timer circuit 21 and 22 are made, a desired time is set on the dials 11 and 12 for timer setting and a time setting switch 27 is operated to set the time signals of the dials 11 and 12 in the timer circuits 21 and 22 through gate circuits 28 and 29. At this time, a second counter 23 is reset to 0.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the error correcting ability for a random error and a burst error without making constitution complex by recording a pair of words of an L and an R channel at remote positions and recording dummy data composed of one word. CONSTITUTION:Data of six channels by PCM processors 19a-19f are put together by a composing circuit 15 to obtain the pair of word data of the L and R channels. The pair of words are recorded at different field positions on a magnetic tape 3 through a changeover switch 13, recording amplifiers 11A and 11B, and rotary heads 1A and 1B and even if one correction data is faulty, correction processing is performed with the other same correction data and a random error can be dealt with. Further, data which are not passed through the processors 19a-19f are recorded as dummy data and then recording fields of the L and R channel data are further separated and the burst error correcting ability is improved. Thus, the correcting ability for the random error and burst error is improved without making the constitution complex.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To make the confirmation and operation of timer reservation easy by moving a cursor displayed on a screen together with a time table according to the operation of a time input means and displaying the reserved time zone as a bar graph along with the time table.
CONSTITUTION: When a power supply button is turned on, contents of display appear at a lower part 4 of a CRT display section 2 together with time display. In depressing a TV button 10 in this case, the display disappears and a TV receiving picture appears on the display section 2. In turning on a video button 11, the next contents of display appear. Further, in turning on the "record" button on a panel for lighting, a picture appears on the CRT display section 2 together with the display of a channel selection button. Then, the desired object is attained by the opeation according to the contents of display sequentially. In case of program reservation, the reservation button is turned on, a switch cover of a program timer reservation 8 is opened, a knob of the reservation section 8 is turned according to the timer picture recording reservation table of the CRT display section 2 so as to match the cursor to the corresponding position for attaining the reservation.
