Der Zweck der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht darin, eine Benutzerschnittstelle bereitzustellen, mit der es möglich ist, effizient auf zuvor präsentierte Informationen zuzugreifen. Es wird ein Informationsverarbeitungsgerät bereitgestellt, umfassend eine Erkennungseinheit, eine Steuereinheit und eine Ausgabeeinheit. Die Erkennungseinheit erkennt das Verhalten eines Benutzers. Die Steuereinheit bewertet das aktuelle Objekt von Interesse des Benutzers gemäß dem erkannten Verhalten und generiert nacheinander Anzeigeinformationen, die Inhalt aufweisen, der dem bewerteten Objekt von Interesse zugeordnet ist. Die Ausgabeeinheit gibt die generierten Anzeigeinformationen aus. Gemäß einer Änderung des bewerteten Objekts von Interesse optimiert die Steuereinheit einen Anzeigemodus der Anzeigeinformationen auf Basis des Inhalts des aktuellen Objekts von Interesse des Benutzers und Inhalt der vorigen Objekte von Interesse des Benutzers, die aus der Ausgabeeinheit ausgegeben worden waren.

An object of the present invention is to allow a client to make a request for music data stored in a server and to receive it and play it back. A client program 421 controls the sending of a request signal to a server 401, the reception and playback processing of music data from the server 401, and the display of a GUI performed by a display controller 426, and outputs the music data received by a communication unit 423 from the server 401 to an audio data converter 424. A server program 411 controls the sending of music data to the client 402, and registration of information in a music database 415, a link information database 416, and a ranking information database 417, searches the music database 415 for the requested music data, and sends the music data to the client 402. The present invention can be applied to a personal computer, a PDA, a cellular telephone, a desk-top playback device, a portable playback device, and a simplified playback device.
Abstract:
On a display screen (ST1) of imaging mode, an acquired image (R) of a current object is displayed substantially at a central portion of the display frame (SC). When one-stage rotation is performed counterclockwise by operating a time dial (22), the acquired image (R) moves rightward and a reproduction image (P1) acquired immediately before is displayed at the left side. At the left of the reproduction image (P1), a preceding reproduction image (P2) is positioned. A display screen (ST2) on which the acquired image (R) and reproduction images (P1, P2) are simultaneously displayed is a state where the imaging mode and the reproduction mode are mixed. When the time dial (22) is rotated counterclockwise by one stage, a display screen (ST3) displaying only the reproduction images (P1-P4) is set. This state is a reproduction mode and a plurality of reproduction images (P1-P4) are arranged on the time axis when displayed.
Abstract:
A digital image processing device is provided that improves operability when performing a scaling up/scaling down operation. Based on a single trajectory when a touch position on a display screen of a display portion moves, a center point and ratio used to scale up or scale down the image are set. In this way, for example, it is possible to scale up and scale down the image by an easy touch operation of simply tracing the trajectory with a single finger (namely, by a single-touch operation).

The present invention relates to an information processing apparatus in which a display screen for assisting a user utilizing a client to make a request for music data to a server can be provided. Icons 431-1 through 431-6 correspond to stations of a link information list. For example, when a music piece registered in a "user A's favorites" station is being played back, a cursor line 432 is adjusted to the icon 431-1 corresponding to the "user A's favorites" station, and an icon 421-1 is displayed in an enlarged size, and the station name ("A Station") corresponding to the icon is displayed. The user is then able to move the cursor line 432 by operation a remote commander to change the station (selecting the radio station when receiving radio broadcasting) or to zoom in on (tracing the hierarchy to lower levels) the selected station.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm moving image data much more easily than before.SOLUTION: The number of thumbnails of each scene (moving image data) to be displayed is increased according to pinch-out to a thumbnail image Tp displayed in a thumbnail display area ARp. In such a manner, more detailed contents of each scene (moving image data) are easily confirmed by a user.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus which can be divided to a display area in which the display area can be scrolled separately. SOLUTION: The information processing apparatus includes a display unit and a control unit. The display unit is configured to display a dividing region dividing a main display region into two sub regions. The control unit is configured to control the display unit to display a plurality of icons in the dividing region, to change position of the dividing region in the main display region based on user input, and to display, when an icon of the plurality of icons is selected, information corresponding to the icon in at least one of the sub regions.
