    Abstract: PURPOSE:To form a C-MOS comparator circuit which provides a stable operation with a large gain though with limited number of elements, by using at least three sets of C-MOS. CONSTITUTION:Three sets of complementary type P-channel and N-channel MOS transistors (C-MOS) are provided in series between two power sources VDD and VSS and compose inverters 11-13 respectively. A reference voltage VRL is applied to gates of P-channel elements 11P and 13P of the inverters 11 and 13 while an input voltage Vin is applied to gates of the P-channel element 12P of the inverter 12 and the output voltage Vout is taken out at the connection mid-point between an N-channel element 13N and the element 13P of the inverter 13. When the ratio of the respective inverters is equal and VSS VRL. Thus, limited number of elements are enough with a larger gain and the stability of operation is already confirmed from the results of simulation.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To apparently eliminate a transition time by providing a transition vector table and making mode transition according to the transition vector table. CONSTITUTION:A mechanism controlling section 1 is provided with a loading motor 11 that makes loading and unloading of a tape, a control motor 12 that controls mode of a VTR (mechanism), and controller 2 is supplied to the controlling section 1 to make respective mode, and at the same time, signals indicating the state are supplied from the controlling section 1 to the controller 2.     Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the recording density of a recording medium to have equal to or higher than a resolving power to be determined with the wavelength of reproducing light by impressing a magnetic field to a magnetic recording medium so that magnetization is directed in a fixed direction in the region of one part in the spot of reproducing light when an information signal is reproduced by irradiating the medium with the reproducing light. SOLUTION: When a magneto-optical disk is irradiated with reproducing light La from the side of a reproducing layer 4a of the disk and also a reproducing magnetic field Hr is impressed on the a region icluding the spot S of the reproducing light by the reproducing light La while rotatingly driving the disk, the reproducing layer 4a of a low temp. region B1 is initialized by the reproducing magnetic field Hr and the magnetization of the reproducing layer 4a of the low temp. region B1 is always directed to a fixed direction regardless of the magnetization direction of a recording state holding layer 4c and, as a result, the low temp. region B1 becomes a so-called front mask by masking the front side of the scanning direction of the spot S of the reproducing light. In a high temp. region B2, magnetism of an intermediate layer 4b disappeares and an exchange coupling in a recording layer is cut and the reproducing layer 4a is always magnetized in the direction of the reproducing magnetic field Hr.
