    Abstract: PURPOSE: To make positional relation stable during packaging by changing the dimensions of respective spaces between flanges for preventing winding drift which are attached to both ends of a supply spool and both ends of a take-up spool. CONSTITUTION: In the constitution of an ink ribbon 11, a space L3 between flanges 13A attached to both ends of a supply spool 13 is made shorter than a space L4 between flanges 14A attached to both ends of a take-up spool 14. In this way, the flange 13A and the flange 14a are positioned alternately with each other to avoid contact radially between them. Therefore, a space between the spool 13 and the spool 14 can be made shorter to downsize the package. There are four contact points between the spools 13, 14, however, the positional relation between them is not affected by the slight transverse dislocation of them since the contact points occur between spools.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent loose winding at the time of carrying or setting by bonding removably an ink ribbon in the state of being wound on the outer periphery of a delivery spool and bonding removably the vicinity of a starting section on the outermost periphery of the ink ribbon wound on the outer periphery of the delivery spool by a releasable lightly bonding means. SOLUTION: A vicinity 1a of a starting section on the side of a winding spool 3 of an ink ribbon 1 is bonded lightly and fixed on the outermost periphery of the ink ribbon 1 wound on the outer periphery of the side of a feed spool 2 by a lightly bonding means such as a releasable double side adhesive tape 11 of weak bonding force (adhesion) in a state that the ink ribbon 1 is wound on the outer periphery of the feed spool 2. At that time, the double sided tape 11 is releasable and its bonding force is set as weak as releasing easily the ink ribbon 1 when being pulled moderately. Thus the generation of winding looseness of the ink ribbon 1 on the outer periphery of the feed spool 2 by the vibration or impact at the time of carrying can be prevented.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the winding angle of paper beyond usual limits and make smooth loading possible by allowing the paper to be pulled out of a roll approximately in a tangential direction and at the same time, forming a passage for the paper along the peripheral surface of the roll and guiding the paper pulled out to a platen through the passage. CONSTITUTION:An inner paper guide 12 and an outer paper guide 13 are supported with a chassis 11. A square holding section 14 is provided on both sides of the inner paper guide 12, and roll paper 16 is supported with the holding section 14 through a bearing block 15. The paper 16 has the center of a winding frame 17 supported with the bearing block 15 through a fulcrum shaft. Guide ribs 19, 20 are integrally formed on the inner paper guide 12 and the outer paper guide 13. An area between these ribs 19, 20 form a passage for loading paper. In addition, this passage is formed so that it runs along the peripheral surface of the roll of paper 16.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable fast seeking operation and short-time settling operation by nearly equalizing rotary moment that a rotary actuator receives from an air flow on the surface of a disk between the outermost periphery and inner periphery of the disk. CONSTITUTION:The arm 4 of the actuator 3 rotates around the center point P of a rotary shaft 10 and a head 6 atop a support spring 5 moves between the OD track position and ID track position of the disk 1. When the center point P is set on the prolongation of a tangent 19 to the intermediate position MD between both track positions the angles theta1 and theta2' that straight lines 12 and 13' and tangents 14 and 15' contain are nearly equal and the rotary moment that the arm 4 receives becomes small. The angles theta are small and in the opposite directions, so the influence of force F between the head and disk is small and the fast seeking operation and short-time settling operation are enabled.
