Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the adhesion of a metallic pipe and a synthetic resin and to decrease the fluctuations in accuracy as well as to stabilize quality by forming plural grooves on the inner peripheral surface of a metallic pipe and providing a supporting part by molding of a synthetic resin on this inner peripheral surface. CONSTITUTION:The plural grooves 1a are formed on the metallic pipe 1 and the supporting part 2 is provided by molding of the synthetic resin. A shaft 3 is inserted into the supporting part 2. The shaft 3 is supported at both ends by bearings and a revolving guide roller is supported rotatably by these bearings. The adhesion of the metallic pipe and the synthetic resin is improved by the grooves 1 of the metallic pipe constituted in such a manner, by which the fluctuations in the rotating and dimensional accuracy are eliminated and the stable quality is assured.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working efficiency by simplifying the stamper attaching and detaching operation. SOLUTION: A stationary die 11 and a movable die are provided which face each other and form a cavity for molding a disk substrate. A stamper 18 is mounted on the cavity forming surface of one of the dies by means of a stamper holding mechanism 30. The stamper holding mechanism 30 comprises a plurality of individual stamper holding members 31 for holding the outer peripheral portion 26 of the stamper 28, a plurality of elastic means 32 for applying elastic force to the individual stamper holding members 31 in the directions of diameter of the stamper 18, and stamper holding member driving means 33 that is driven with the dies open, for moving the individual stamper holding members 31 in the directions of diameter of the stamper 18 against the elastic force of the elastic means 32. The stamper 18 can be detached or attached by operating the stamper holding mechanism 30.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of product quality by forming a heat insulating layer laminated on a mounting face of a matrix with given recessed and projected pattern out of peripheral wall faces, and a wear-resistant layer laminated on the heat insulating layer. SOLUTION: A heat buffer layer 6 formed of ceramic of low heat conductivity is formed on a mirror surface 5A of a fixed side mirror 5. A wear-resistant layer 7 formed of a metal of superior wear resistance and conductivity slightly better than that of the heat buffer layer is formed on one surface 6A of the fixed side mirror. The thickness of a section forming the total of the fixed side mirror 5, the heat buffer layer 6 and the wear-resistant layer 7 is formed slightly thinner than the thickness of a fixed side template 4. Also the length of a first insert die 8 is of the constitution in which its end face 8A is positioned on the same plane as one face 7A of the wear-resistant layer 7. A stamper 13 forming the recessed and projected shape to be transferred onto a molded product is inserted into recessed sections on a starting section of the inner peripheral face of the fixed side template 4 of a fixed side mold 2 and a starting section of one face 7A of the wear-resistant layer 7 and the outer peripheral face of a second insert die 9.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance productivity and the quality of a product by increasing the cross-sectional area of a gate to enable low pressure molding and preventing the mark of the gate from remaining. SOLUTION: This injection mold apparatus is constituted so as to inject a heated molten raw material R into the cavity 4 in a mold from the tip part of a nozzle 5 to mold a product. In this case, the tip part of the nozzle 5 is provided to the position corresponding to the hole or notch part scheduled for a product and the gate cutting punch 10 capable of traversing the cavity 4 to advance toward the tip part of the nozzle 5 is provided in opposed relation to the nozzle 5 and allowed to advance toward the tip part of the nozzle 5 not only to form the hole or notch part of the product but also to cut a gate.
