Abstract: PURPOSE: To acquire a stable picked-image without hand-shake by tracking automatically an object while correcting a shake by vibration with a simple configuration. CONSTITUTION: An image pickup means 12 is arranged near an image forming position of an image pickup lens of a lens barrel 11. Then a camera signal processing unit 13 generates an image signal on the basis of a signal from the image pickup means 12. Then an object position detector 14 calculates a position deviation from a current position of an object to a screen center on the basis of an image signal from the camera signal processing unit 13. Moreover, a shake sensor 16 detects a shake of the lens barrel 11. Succeedingly a lens barrel attitude controller 15 uses a drive means to adjust the angle of the lens barrel 11 on the position deviation and the shake.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the power consumption of a driving circuit, by a method wherein a DC voltage, to be supplied to the driving circuit, is controlled by the torque and the rotating number of a motor. CONSTITUTION:An AC voltage is supplied to a terminal 2 and the AC voltage is supplied to an AC/DC converter 3. A DC voltage is supplied to a motor driving circuit 1 from the converter 3. The DC voltage, necessary for the driving circuit 1, is operated from a torque and a rotating number in an operating unit 4. The DC voltage, operated in the operating unit 4, is supplied to the converter 3 as a reference voltage while the DC voltage, supplied to the driving circuit 1 from the converter 3, is controlled so as to become the reference voltage.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance resolving power and to prevent erroneous operation even at a high speed, by selecting either of the scales having different pitches corresponding to the moving speed. CONSTITUTION:When the moving speed of a substrate 1 or the detectors 4, 5 thereon is lower than a predetermined speed, a counter 8 is operated by the output signal SA based on a densely graduated scale 2 and, therefore, high resolving power can be obtained. When the moving speed is higher than the predetermined speed, the counter 8 is operated by the output signal SB based on a sparsely, graduated scale 3. Since the pitch of the scale 3 is set at 4 times as large as that of the scale 2, the operation speeds of a detector 5 and the counter 9 become 1/4 as compared with the case due to the signal SA based on the scale 2 and erroneous operation is hard to generate.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To easily adjust the phase difference between signals from plural photodetectors to an optional phase difference by providing a means which sends a laser light source and the photodetectors in a tangential direction of an encoder plate. CONSTITUTION:A main beam LBm and subordinate beams LBS1 and LBS2 emitted by a laser light source are reflected by the encoder plate 1 and detected by the photodetectors 12 corresponding to said respective beams. An arithmetic part A calculates a detection signal SA on the main beam LBm and a detection signal SB on the subordinate beams LBS1 and LBS2 on the basis of the detection signals of the detectors 12. The plural photodetectors 12 and laser light source 4 are movable by a specific quantity in the tangential direction DT of the encoder plate 1. The phase difference between said detection signals SA and SB is adjusted to the specific phase difference by said movement adjustment.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain an original point with high accuracy by forming a servo device which controls the position of a movable part of a machine tool, a robot, etc., with a drive system which moves an object to be moved and an original point detecting means and forming the drive system with a servo system that can freely perform switch between speed and position servo operations. CONSTITUTION:A position control servo device consists of a drive motor 10, an encoder 20 and a servo circuit 30. The circuit contains a microcomputer 31, a register 36, a counter 37, a D/A converter 38, a power amplifier circuit 40, etc. In such a constitution, a speed servo operation to the motor 10 which moves an object to be moved. Thus the object is moved toward an original point and the actions of the circuit 30 are switches by the pulse signal obtained by the encoder 20, i.e., the original point signal. Then the motor 10 is stopped at the original point by a position servo operation that defines the original point as the target value. Thus the object to be moved can be stopped with high accuracy regardless of the load conditions, the environment, the distance moved, etc.
