As a result, the information service that data transmitted through a communication line is transmitted to a designated destination at a designated time can be achieved only by a modem telephone set.

When the main body section is fitted to the mount groove 26, terminal pins of the panel press connection terminals into connection. Then the circuit of the small sized electronic camera 16 is conductive and the camera is available. Since the direction of the camera section is adjusted, the front side, that is, the operator of the personal computer 10 and also the surrounding image are picked up.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect a torque with a simple constitution by transmitting a driving force by a rotor changing at its relative position by the torque, detecting a change in a resonance frequency responsive to the change of the relative position without contact, and transmitting a modulation signal without contact. SOLUTION: An oscillator 61 oscillates a sine wave signal according to a resonance frequency of a resonator and outputs a signal so as to change an oscillation signal in response to a pedal power. In a motor driven bicycle 31, this sine wave signal is amplified by an output circuit 63, and then transmitted to a frame side through coupling elements 54A, 54B without contact. Then, an output signal of the element 54B is frequency divided by a frequency divider 66, then band-pass limited by a high-pass filter 67, and detected. This detected result is integrated by a low-pass filter 68, and a torque detection signal changed at its DC level in response to a frequency of the sine wave signal, i.e., the pedal power is detected. The torque can be detected without contact by detecting the resonance frequency changing according to the pedal power.
