Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of the damage and defect of film at the time of feeding film. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a transmitting mechanism 27 having a cradle stopper 33 which abuts on the pressing piece 24 of a cradle 22 at a position where it separates from the film holding frame 19c of an aperture 19 in an optical axis direction. Therefore, the cradle 22 is stopped by the stopper 33 while it is moved in the optical axis direction, thereby preventing the pressing of the image surface of the film caused by the cradle 22 in the case of feeding the film of a wide film size.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the damage of a magnetic tape which is generated at the outer circumferential edge part of a tape lead plane by forming a chamfered surface such as slope, roundness and so forth at the outer circumferential part of the tape lead plane guiding the edge of one side of a magnetic tape in a helical state. SOLUTION: A slope 8 or a roundness or a chamfered surface similar to them is formed at outer circumferential edge part 7a of the tape lead plane 7 of a fixed drum 5 by cutting the edge part 7a with a chamfering work. At the time of loading and unloading a magnetic tape 12, when the tape slides up upon the tape lead plane 7 from the direction of the arrow a1 against a downward slide energizing force F or the tape slides down below the plane 7 to the direction of the arrow b1 by a downward slide energizing force F, the magnetic tape 12 can be smoothly guided in directions of the arrows a1, b1 by the chamfered worked surface 10 such as slope 8, roundness and so forth.

A polystyrene soln. tank 4 wherein a polystyrene soln. prepd. by dissolving a used polystyrene foam in an org. solvent is stored is installed at any desired position outside the tank 1. The soln. is sent from the tank 4 through a soln. supply pipe 6 to a high-pressure pump 5, pressurized, and jetted through soln. jet pipes 7a, 7b, and 7c to the upper part of the surface of the drum 2. A nitrogen supply pipe 8 is installed below the scraper 3, and a gas discharge pipe 9, above the drum 2. A backward-flow prevention valve 10 for discharging is installed on the discharge pipe 9.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply parts at the high speed with high accuracy without deforming or impairing parts to be supplied. SOLUTION: A divided finger 13 is formed out of a plurality of finger parts 13a, a part holding space 14 within the divided finger 13 is enlarged/contracted by opening/closing a plurality of the finger parts 13a and thereby moving them. When the divided finger 13 is in a closed condition, the part holding space 14 is so set up as to be large enough for providing a gap interspaced with a part 4 to be supplied, and it is so constituted that air within the part holding space can be sucked out by vacuum, and air can be blown in to the part holding space 14. Namely, the part 4 to be supplied, is sucked in the part holding space 14 by vacuum with the divided finger 13 kept at its closed position, a vacuum action is suspended, and the part 4 to be supplied within the part holding space 14 is inserted into a space to which a part is supplied, with air blown in.

CONSTITUTION: A stirring propeller 4 is installed on the bottom of a liq. separation tank 1. A water discharge pipe 6 and a soln. discharge pipe 5 are installed at the side wall of the tank 1, and the amts. of water and soln. discharged are adjusted with a water discharge valve and a soln. discharge valve 12, respectively. A liq. level sensor 22 is installed at the upper limit position of the range indicated by the arrow 16 in the inside of the tank 1, and another liq. level sensor 23, at the upper limit position of the range indicated by the arrow 15. Crushing rollers 2 and 3 are installed in such a manner that they are immersed in a liq. phase 21 whose liq. level is at the position of the sensor 22. After an org. solvent is charged through a solvent supply pipe 8 into the tank 1 to the height of the sensor 22, polystyrene being reclaimed is charged into the tank 1, crushed in the solvent with crushing blades 10a and 10b installed at the surface of the crushing rollers 2 and 3 to be dissolved.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make high speed unloading possible and consequently improve productivity by a method wherein an approach cam is provided so as to approach a molded item unloading arm, which is inserted in a mold at the end of the movement of a movable platen in the direction for opening the mold, by moving in the direction for opening and closing the mold. CONSTITUTION:Since a parallel link mechanism is formed by arms 28 and 29 and bearing plates 25 and 32, the bearing plate 32 is shifted from the position indicated by the chain lines to the position indicated by the solid lines, when the arm 28 is pivoted clockwise by means of the cam groove 31 of a cylindrical cam 24 so as to enter between an open mold. Further, at the end of the movement of a movable platen 12 in the direction for opening the mold, an inloading head 33 is moved by means of an approach cam 36 towards the movable platen 12 so as to approach a molded item 16. Thus, the unloading head 33 is shifted from the position indicated by chain lines to the position indicated by the solid lines in order to hold the molded item by suction. Accordingly, the loss time for unloading the molded item 16 can be made substantially to zero.
