Abstract: An ink ribbon cartridge and a printer are provided to increase design flexibility and to reduce size by disposing components of the printer device in a space. The top plate is installed to be freely rotated in a vertical direction. The transfer mechanism and the running mechanism are disposed at a side surface of the device body.
