    SOLUTION: The nucleic acid amplifier carries out a nucleic acid amplification reaction and includes a plurality of wells configured to carry out the nucleic acid amplification reaction; and at least, a heating unit provided for every well to control heating temperature and heating time individually; and a detection unit to detect nucleic acid amplification for every well. The nucleic acid amplifier is able to analyze the amount of genes with high precision as compared to a conventional nucleic acid amplifier since heating temperature and heating time of each well is independently controlled.
