PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce not only a waste material of a runner but also the number of gate cutting processes. SOLUTION: In this method for manufacturing a multiple operation button by connecting a large number of operation buttons 2a, 2b-2g to a frame 5 through hinge parts 8a, 8b-8g, an injection mold 2 is constituted as a two-plate system while the gate of this mold is used as a side gate. Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve S/N in a variable line output terminal by controlling the output level obtained in the variable line output terminal after an insulating photocoupler by a sound volume control means. CONSTITUTION:With respect to a television receiver having a hot chassis provided with variable line output terminals 11 and 12 of an audio signal, output levels obtained in variable line output terminals 11 and 12 after insulating photocouplers 9 and 10 are controlled by sound volume control means 5-8. In this case, output levels of photocouplers 9 and 10 are made sufficiently higher than levels of noise generated by photocouplers 9 and 10. Thus, S/N is not degraded even if output levels obtained in variable line output terminals 11 and 12 are varied, and the residual noise for an output level minimum value is reduced.

PURPOSE:To obtain readily and precisely a resin molded item with openings in position, by placing a preformed and decorative film in a cavity, and stamping the decorative film when a mold is closed. CONSTITUTION:A preformed and decorative film 23 is inserted and placed in a stamper 4 of a cavity 2 of an injection mold 1, and the mold is closed so that the decorative film 23 is stamped by stamping pins 8 on the side of the core 3 and the pine 8 are allowed to enter a penetration section 5. Thus the film 23 is formed with openings 24 in position. Then a resin 25 is injection molded and the injection molded item 26 is taken out from the cavity 2. Thus the injection molded item 26 can be obtained wherein the decorative film 23 on which the fine pattern on the stamper 4 is transferred precisely and the resin layer 25 on the undersurface thereof are integrated and openings 27 are provided in position.

PURPOSE:To enable to obtain a product which can be manufactured inexpensively and easily and is, moreover, superior in durability, by a method wherein simultaneously with application of a transparent resin layer to the surface of the metallic foil a laminated sheet is formed by applying a resin layer to the back of a metalli foil and monolithic molding of the metallic foil with the laminated sheet is performed. CONSTITUTION:Along with application of coating of a top film 2 to the surface of a metallic foil 3 a base film 5 is stuck to the back of the foil 3 for lamination through an adhesive agent layer 4. Then narrowing of the laminated sheet 1 is performed. In other words, the sheet 1 is molded into a shape corresponding to a stamper of a cavity of an injection mold. Then after the molded laminated sheet 1 has been unloaded from a mold 6A, the molded sheet part 1a is punched by making use of a cutter 8 and the molded sheet 1a is obtained. Then resin 11 is moled through injection after the molded sheet 1a has been fitted within the stamper 9 of the cavity of the injection mold and a mold core 10 has been provided. Then an injection-molded article 12 is unloaded from the cavity.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically and accurately perform the gain adjustment of an analog video output signal in a digital video signal processor. SOLUTION: When a status that external video equipment is connected to a video input/output terminal 2 is automatically detected, an analog video amplifier 1 of a video signal input/output circuit A is controlled from a control circuit 9, and the amplification gain is changed, so that the signal output level of the analog video signal can be automatically adjusted. PURPOSE:To adequately mount a component on a board at a soldering effective spot even if a resist mask deviates from a copper foil land in a process and to enable a board to be protected against troubles such as solder bridges or imperfect soldering and improved in yield by a method wherein a component is mounted on the board on the basis of a reference position mark provided onto the board. CONSTITUTION:In a process wherein a resist mask is provided onto a copper foil pattern of a board 1, a resist, mask where a reference position mark 4 of prescribed shape is punched is provided onto a position detecting copper foil land 2 formed on the board 1 at two or more different prescribed positions.

PURPOSE:To obtain easily and inexpensively the titled molded item whose appearance assumes beautiful metallic, woodgrain or the like appearance, by integrally injection molding a light transmitting resin on a transparent film on which a light nontransmitting resin paint is printed except parts of the transparent film where letters, symbols or the like are present. CONSTITUTION:A light nontransmitting resin paint 3 is printed on the main surface of a transparent resin film (e.g. an acrylate resin film, etc.) 1 having a thickness on the order of 0.15-0.4mm. except parts 2 having letters, symbols, etc., and after the paint 3 is dried, a transparent protective film (e.g. a hard PVC film, etc.) 4 having a thickness on the order of 0.05-0.1mm. is laminated on the printed surface. The resulting laminated film 5 is heat-treated (for example at 100 deg.C for 1min) by a heater, and then is molded by the vacuum molding method or air-pressure forming method to have for example a shape corresponding to a stamper of the cavity of an injection mold 6. Then to the thus obtained molded item is injection molded a light transmitting injection molding resin 11 from the side of the transparent resin film 1 to obtain the intended item 12.
