Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve S/N in a variable line output terminal by controlling the output level obtained in the variable line output terminal after an insulating photocoupler by a sound volume control means. CONSTITUTION:With respect to a television receiver having a hot chassis provided with variable line output terminals 11 and 12 of an audio signal, output levels obtained in variable line output terminals 11 and 12 after insulating photocouplers 9 and 10 are controlled by sound volume control means 5-8. In this case, output levels of photocouplers 9 and 10 are made sufficiently higher than levels of noise generated by photocouplers 9 and 10. Thus, S/N is not degraded even if output levels obtained in variable line output terminals 11 and 12 are varied, and the residual noise for an output level minimum value is reduced.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To perform an indication which corresponds to many types inside a small area by a method wherein a board is provided with a plurality of jumper-wire attachment holes which have been arranged at definite pitch intervals and with jumper wires which have been arranged in the arrangement direction of the jumper-wire attachment holes. CONSTITUTION:Out of jumper-wire attachment holes 2a to 2e in a printed-circuit board 1, e.g. the jumper-wire attachment holes 2a, 2b are selected and the jumper-wire attachment holes 2c, 2e are selected so as to form pairs. A P-jumper wire 3 having a length P which is equal to a pitch interval P is attached over the jumper-wire attachment holes 2a, 2b; a jumper wire 4 whose length is equal to twice the pitch interval P is attached over the jumper-wire attachment holes 2c, 2e. Mounting positions of the jumper wires and the number of the jumper wires can be made to correspond to types of electronic apparatuses. Thereby, it is possible to perform an indication which corresponds to many types inside a small area.
