An EMD registering server (3) receives from a personal computer (1) a transmission request to transmit data displayed on a screen for inputting th e profile of the user along with the MGID and APID specifying the personal computer (1), then selects data recorded in correlation with the APID based on the received APID, and transmits the selected data to the personal computer (1). The EMD registration server (3) receives the profile of the user inputt ed according to data from the personal computer and records the profile of the user in correlation with the MGID.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly distribute information files of a large capacity to recipients while saving troubles to the recipients. SOLUTION: An information distribution control means 140 of the information distributor 100 of this invention reads an information file stored in an information file storage means 110 and a distribution schedule stored in a distribution schedule storage means 120 to generate information data for transmission. A broadband communication control means 150 or a narrow band communication control means 160 selected depending on contents of the generated information data transmits the generated information data via a selected communication channel. A receiver 200a (200b) uses a broadband reception control means 210 (narrow band communication control means 220) to receive the information data. An information extraction control means 230 acquires the distribution schedule and references this distribution schedule to extract desired information from the received information data. A reception data storage means 240 stores the distribution schedule and the extracted information. Furthermore, a display means 250 displays the extracted information according to the information extract control means 230.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of improving a total responsivity when plural pieces of semiconductor memory are used as a storage.SOLUTION: An information processor comprises: an allocation part that evaluates a physical characteristic of each of plural pieces of semiconductor memory and allocates use attributes corresponding to evaluation results to at least part of the pieces of semiconductor memory; and a determination part that determines, when receiving a data write instruction, one of the pieces semiconductor memory that has an appropriate use attribute as a data write destination. When the physical characteristic of the plural pieces of semiconductor memory are different for individual piece of memory, the determination part determines a data write destination so that the physical characteristics of the semiconductor memory can be utilized. Therefore, when plural pieces of semiconductor memory are used as one storage, a total responsivity of the storage can be improved.

The key server 5 searches a previously recorded table based on the received APID OMG and transmits a corresponding URL to the key installation program 118-1. When the language code of APID OMG corresponds to Japanese and a bundle product code corresponds to a portable device 7-1, for instance, the key server 5 transmits a URL corresponding to an EMD server (e.g., an EMD server 4-1) displaying a page described in Japanese, to a personal computer 1. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device, an information processing method, a program and an information processing system which achieve a file-based storage system in which data can be handled with good operability.SOLUTION: An information processing device comprises an acquisition unit, a holding unit and a transmission unit. The acquisition unit acquires an actual address which is an address on a storage area storing a file in a storage device having the storage area in which the file is stored in the prescribed address. The holding unit holds a virtual storage area having a virtual address which corresponds to the actual address on the storage area and becomes a virtual address of the file stored in the actual address. The transmission unit transmits the actual address corresponding to the virtual address which is a target of an access request, in response to the access request to the virtual address on the virtual storage area.
