Abstract:
A solid shaped product is fabricated by using a liquid. In a solid shaped-product fabrication method of discharging, to a target, a droplet from a nozzle of a liquid discharge unit for discharging a liquid, and fabricating a solid shaped product, the liquid contains at least water and a colorant that is dissolved or dispersed in the water, the droplet has a specific surface area of 0.2 m 3 /g or more and 0.5 m 3 /g or less on condition that the droplet is approximated by an ideal true sphere on the basis of a volume when the liquid is caused to fly as a single droplet, and the droplet having the specific surface area in such a range is continuously discharged to the target at 1 Hz or higher and 100 Hz or lower.
Abstract:
A liquid comprising a dye and a solvent for dispersing the dye and, added thereto, a polyhydric alcohol having C0-9 hydrocarbon group which exhibits a ratio of inorganic value (IV) to organic value (OV), I/O, of 1.18 to 2.5 so that the 0-sec dynamic surface tension thereof is in the range of 30 to 40 mN/m. Thus, the occurrence of microbubbles in ink (2) can be inhibited to thereby avoid jetting defects such as jetting failure and jet bending with the result that high-quality images free of thinning and voids can be printed.
Abstract:
An ink (2) containing an EO adduct of a divalent alcohol containing a hydrocarbon group having 9 or less carbon atoms and an I/O value in the range of 1 to 1.37 is brought to ink droplets (i) through nozzles (42a) and printed on recording paper (P). According to this construction, the formation of fine bubbles in the ink (2) can be suppressed to prevent the occurrence of ejection failure problems such as a failure to be ejected and an ejection directionality problem, and high-quality images free from image blurring and dropouts can be printed.
Abstract:
Hydrophobic colloid charged so as to have positive zeta potential when the pH of ink (2) is in the range of 4 to 6 is contained in ink (2). Thus, dissolution of silicon, silicon compounds, etc. into ink (2) from circuit board (44) composed of silicon wafer, etc. can be inhibited. Further, deposition of silicon, silicon compounds, etc. having been dissolved in ink (2) on heating resistor (48) so as to cause kogation or deposition thereof in ink channel (42) or nozzle (45a) so as to cause clogging leading to ink ejection failure can be prevented.
Abstract:
Since an ink (2) contains a hydrophobic colloid which will be charged with a positive zeta potential when the pH of the ink (2) is within a range of over 4 and under 6, it is possible to limit silicon or silicon compound from being eluted into the ink (2) from a circuit board (44) formed from a silicon wafer or the like. Thus, it is possible to prevent the silicon or silicon compound, if eluted into the ink (2), from being deposited on a resistance heater (48) and causing "cogation", or to prevent the silicon or silicon compound from being deposited in an ink channel (42) and nozzle (45a) to clog the nozzle. Therefore, the ink (2) will not cause any non-spraying of the ink.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, for forming a three-dimensional shape, which enables a three-dimensional shape to be formed stably and rapidly on an object by discharging a liquid droplet to the object, as well as a shaping device used for this method. SOLUTION: This method for forming a three-dimensional shape 12 is for forming the three-dimensional shape 12 by discharging a liquid droplet 3a to the object from a nozzle of a liquid discharging part which makes a discharging of the liquid 3. First, the liquid 3 is made to contain at least water and a coloring agent which becomes dissolved or dispersed in the water. The specific surface of the liquid 3 is not less than 0.2 m 3 /g and not more than 0.5 m 3 /g, when the liquid 3 becomes approximate to an ideal sphericalness, keeping up the volume as airborne as a single liquid droplet 3a. Further, the liquid droplet 3a with the specific surface is continuously discharged to the surface of the object at not less than 1 Hz and not more than 100 Hz. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an image of superior water resistance and light fastness. SOLUTION: An image is formed on a medium to be recorded with a pigment fixing layer containing an interlaminar compound and an integrating agent by using a pigment dispersing liquid as a recording liquid. As the interlaminar compound, a larminar inorganic polymer, for instance, a hydrotalcite group mineral is used. At that time, the hydrotalcite group mineral is modified preliminarily by an organic acid. The image formation is carried out by the ink recording jetting the recording liquid and forming the image on a medium to be recorded.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a more clear image to be retained by giving superior ink absorptivity, ink fastness, water resistance and an anti-running property with respect to an ink jet record medium formed of a dye fastness layer consisting of an interlayer compound and binding agent that accepts and retains water soluble dye by an intercalation reaction. SOLUTION: The ink jet record medium is formed on the base material 2 with a dye fastness layer 1 consisting of an interlayer compound and binding agent that acceptance retains a water soluble compound by an intercalation reaction, wherein the dye fastness layer 1 is contained with polyglycerol fatty acid ester. When an ink absorption layer consisting of ink absorption resin is further formed on the dye fastness layer 1, polyglycerol fatty acid ester is contained in the ink absorption layer. At this time, it needs not to contain polyglycerol fatty acid ester in the dye fastness layer 1.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform access control which is improved in secrecy and convenience by providing an address information setting means which sets address information for sending a specific log, a specific log transmitting means which transmits the specific log according to the address information, etc. SOLUTION: A log storage means 11 stores a log L relating to an access request Aq sent through a network 20. A specific log extracting means 12 extracts the specific log La from stored logs L. A log processing means 13 processes the extracted specific log La. An address information setting means 14 sets the address information for transmitting the specific log La to an administrator and the user himself. The address information includes, an electronic mail address, a telephone number, an IP address, etc. Then a specific log transmitting means 15 sends the specific log La to the administrator or the user himself according to the set address information.
