Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method of a plastic lens made of a polyolefin resin having small double refractivity. SOLUTION: In the producing method of the plastic lens, first, a polyolefin resin 1 is put in a die. Then the polyolefin resin housed in the die is heated to a temp. higher than the glass transition temp. of the resin and then held at that temp. for a specified time to be molded. Then the molded polyolefin resin is slowly cooled to about its glass transition temp. and then rapidly cooled. Thus, the orientation of molecules in the lens can be avoided and the obtd. plastic lens has small double refractivity.

Further, the 1st imaging lens 11 has an object-side surface 11a comprising a 1st center part 21 and a circumferential part 22 and an imaging-side surface 11a comprising a 2nd center part 23 and a circumferential part 24; and light from an object which is made incident on the 1st outer circumferential part 22 is transmitted inside, reflected by the internal surface of the 2nd outer circumferential part 24, and further reflected by the internal surface of the 1st center part 21, so that the light is transmitted through the 2nd center part 23 and projected outward.
